It was nice, good location, safe. Close to shopping and food. Would stay again.

Good location. Continental breakfast was less than desirable. The bread and sweet rolls were stale and hard. The first room we stayed in had a defective air conditioning unit, and it was extremely hot and the room never cooled down to where it was comfortable. The second room we stayed in was much better than the first. The beds were not the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on in a motel, but they were passable.

Room was dirty, dark, dingy and banged up.

The Econo Lodge Hotel/Hot Springs, Ar staff were helpful, alert, and professional. The grounds well kept, clean, orderly and inviting. We invite you to try them for their hospitality any time in the area for a valued stay.

Location. Not very clean, old furniture & bedspread. This hotel needs an enema. Its old and dirty. When we wanted to check out there was a sign, be right back? Since we didn't want the room cleaned until after 12:00 pm, our room didn't get cleaned that day. I guess you get what you pay for. The deal I got from Priceline was barely worth it. At least I couldn't find any bed bugs.

This place is a dump. Has been painted a terrible gold/yellow color that just looks nasty. Everything is old and run down. Nasty. There are tons of nice hotels for a little more money nearby. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra. Would never stay here again.

The Econo Lodge was not very clean. There were, what I believe to be blood splatter on the bathroom wall, nasty mattress and box springs. There was a hole in the bathroom, over the toilet, ceiling. The room refridgerator did not work either. We actually went and purchased some lysol and sprayed the entire mattress. The only reason we completed our stay there, is because we arrived to our room very late in the evening and left very early. The hotel is very old, however the outside was clean. I will not stay here again. I guess you get what you pay for.

The Econo Lodge in Hot Springs AR. was pretty much your average Econo Lodge. The room was clean, adequate closet and dresser space, long vanity w/hair-dryer,cable t-v etc. There was a small hole in the shower wall and the employees spoke little english. There is a Popeyes Chicken next door and a Waffle House a couple of blocks down the street.

The size of the rooms were nice and the locations was good too. The bathroom fixtures and bathtub and toilet were old looking and needed replaced. I was a nice hotel. When I drove up I thought it was going to be just another motel type that was nasty and everything else like that but the rooms were very large, the beds were clean, the carpet and bathroom tile was clean, the room had a microwave and fridge. All in all, it was a good experience. I will probably stay there again.

Yes, it was a very basic hotel room but for the price it was very reasonable! We had a very comfy king sized bed and also enjoyed the sofa. The room included a coffee maker, tv, closet, drawer space, fridge, and a microwave as well, which came in handy with our reheating meals :) My fiance and I both enjoyed our stay very much! And the location!!! It was in the middle of several places from the Whinery, bowling alley, fast food, Walmart, Olive Garden, Chillis, Ruby Tuesday, etc. It was also a very short drive to the down town area, seemed like maybe a 5, 10 at the most, min drive :) We would def recommend staying here and would also stay here next visit!!!! Convience and Quality!!!! The pool was also enjoyable! :)

The hotel was not clean at all. The housekeeping dept. did not clean our room at all. They came to clean and we asked them to wait until we left the room and they seemed to understand what we were asking, but when we returned from touring Hot Springs, neither room had been cleaned and no new linens were brought. I called the front desk and asked for linens at least and for someone to at least vacuum the room where we were and I think the owner was the person who vacummed the center of the room. There were bad stains on the carpet when we arrived.

Big pool. Kitchenette, friendly knowledgeable staff. Pool had ants in it. Room was clean. Close to magic springs. Staff was friendly and helpful. Kids loved the big pool. Kitchenette was nice for fixing breakfast in the room.

Felt like a safer area of the city with plenty of shopping and restaurants available. Exterior of building newer. Outdoor fenced pool. Rooms are outdoor access only. Check in was quick efficient with a friendly clerk. Upon first glance the room was newer, clean, and neat. Closer inspection indicated obvious maintence issues. Wardrobe and drawers for clothing, desk, chair, couch, two nightstands and one suitcase stand. Hair dryer, shampoo and soap are in the vanity area. Vanity is seperate from the tub/shower and stool. High speed internet available only when you pick up connection equipment from the office. Arriving at 7:30 AM I found the continetal breakfast sparse and included a few bagels, white bread and coffee. Although it did appear that more food items may have been available and not replenished. At the front desk I requested a razor and found that they don't keep commonly forgotten items for guests. Definitey a no frills experience.

Had a good view of the mountains and was quiet. Needed some work done on the rooms, doors had problems. The bathroom door had a big hole in it where someone had kick it. The outside door had no security bolt on it only a deadbolt. The pool was nice and the view of the mountains was good. It was close to downtown but not in the middle of the bustle.

"Basic room, was clean but could use some updating. Was fine for what we needed. Price was right."

Good location to attractions. Did not smell good, sheets were old and thin. When we opened the door of the rooms, there was a odor that was not pleasant. The sheets on the bed were thin and looked very old, the comforter had a hole in it and a stain on it. I would not choose to stay here again.

"light between beds had cord dangling w/o plugfaucet was loose from sink, and pull for stopper was loose from stopper.would not give me a receipt for room at checkout - did not know amount charged until my credit card statement came."
