Let's see....first, the hotel is NOT in Hyannis(it's in Yarmouth) Our room wasn't ready until after 3 pm. The room was disgusting, dirty, dingy and just plain old. Not to mention that there was one electrical outlet in the room. Our non-smoking room reeked of stale smoke. The door didn't shut tightly at all. The carpet was dirty-if you walked around in white socks, they turned black pretty quickly. Breakfast wasn't much, either. This is a last minute trip and this was the only room out there. I would not stay here again.

This hotel was the best highlight of our visit to cape cod ! Not only the staff are charming but the whole place is so relaxing and refreshing . We will be back for Thanksgiving and future holidays. the place is not only clean but wonderfully clean.

Ok i book this cheap hotel 2 weeks ahead. Knowing i will get what i pay for, thats ok. I get there and they tell me i have no res. The man at the counter wants to charge me again for a dumpy room thats not worth the sweat off of last weeks . I call online web site and they say i have res. they call hotel and send fax. Still rude. Don't ever book with them you will regret it even if it was free.. Found Day's inn and it's wonderful clean and friendly well recommend..

My friend was at Cape Cod Hospital as a patient and I needed a hotel room for the night so I could spend the weekend visiting him. The hotel was 5 minutes from the hospital. I was frankly surprised by how clean it was for the price. Nice king size bed, small fridge, cable tv, hair dryer in bathroom. On main road. If you wanted to they had a small indoor poor w/jacuzzi and a game room. For my needs it was just right.

This hotel is NOT to recommend. It is expensive for what you get! The rooms are dirty, with a very old smelly carpet, the bedding is not clean, the bathroom is not any better... The only good thing about this hotel is the hotel staff who is nice and welcoming.

The continental breakfast is old cereal and honeybuns in the package. The address of the place is not the one listed on this site, so call ahead first.

Stains on the comforter ruined anything good this hotel had going for it. You can do better for about the same if you look for deals. We spent the second half of our trip in the Ambassador, about 5 miles down the road, much better for the same price.

"Very pleasant and accomodating staff. Very clean will kept room. Rooms are small if travelling with teens, consider ajoining room, would still be cost effective. Great location to shopping and other. Little noisy due to the airport being close."

This hotel was clean but old and the bathroom sink is in the room. The manager is very nice. The whole place needs a sprucing up. The wallpaper in the bathroom was ripped. But like I said it was at least clean.

"This hotel is extremely old and in bad shape. I can't believe that the travel website even rates it! The first room we were given was a total dump! Not only was it awful, it was unsafe. There was an electrical outlet coming out of the wall!!! The air conditioner looked like it was about to fall out of the wall. I would not stay here again, and if I could have gotten another hotel, I would not have ever stayed there."
