I attended a friend's graduation in Alfred, NY. The location of this hotel was very close to where event took place. My room was comfortable and clean. I was happy with my stay.

Cleanliness, privacy, location, accommodating staff. Bed uncomfortable, shampoo was too small. I would stay again for the same purpose - we were scoping out a university for our daughter.

This motel is located in a quite place. The staff is really helpful. Its a great place to stay if you are traveling in hornell. I will definetely stay there again.

This hotel is very run down and need of many repairs. Their sense of cleanliness is lacking also. I reported one problem we were having and nothing was done about it. Granted it was only that the TV remote was not working but I thought they would bring us a new one or at least frech batteries. The room was filty. The toilet had been broken and the fix was that it had been glued. After getting no satisfaction with my first call to the desk I didn't even bother reporting all the other problems. Even the bedding was old and thin and I was not comfortable. I would not recommend this hotel.

I got a rate of 49/night for government employees form Hotel-Guides.US and they wouldn't honor it. Looks like false advertising. It didn't set well after driving 6.5 hrs. Won't be staying there again. The front door to our room had a 1/2"" crack under it and it allwoed all kinds of bugs in.

This hotel provided me with a clean bed and close to where I hunt. I am disabled and it is nice to be able to stay and hunt for a few days in this area.

The staff was very nice and helpful. We took our dog with us and there was plenty of grassy areas for us to walk her. The room itself was musty and felt damp. I felt dirty just sitting on the bed. I saw a little patch of mold growing in the upper corner of the bathroom and was lucky that my allergies didn't kick in. I thought for a one night stay I would save myself some money and stay here rather than one of the other more expensive chain hotels, but I realize now that you get what you pay for.
