This is a good value for someone looking for a place to stay who does not need a lot of amenities. The room showed some wear, but it was clean and comfortable. We were in a room next to the road and did not hear any road noise, even with the window open. The ice maker in the outside hall did not work, and clearly had not done so for a while. For someone looking for a place to stay overnight, this is a good budget choice.

Bed was like a board, not just firm, literally a board, room smelled bad for a non smoking room, air conditioner barely worked, maybe one fan of it and was extremely loud. Tried 2 different rooms both were exactly the same. Couldnt get on their wi-fi. We ended up leaving and found a different hotel. We were on a long road trip and this was a stop-over, there is no way we would have gotten any rest at all to continue on the next day. The only good part of it was the young man at the front desk was pleasant and accomodating to switch rooms and then cancel the room altogether with no hassel. If you want to rest and get some sleep, go to another hotel

The Econ Lodge in Holbrook was a stopping point on my way to my vacation destination. With the exception of the very firm, uncomfortable mattress, the room was clean, safe, and comfortable.

It was located near most everything such as resturants, shopping(what there was). Goood motel, friendly help and all. The only thing they could use a larger area for morning breakfast. Otherwise great.

Holbrook Econo Lodge is a good value and convenient to freeway and restaurants.
