The front desk clerk was friendly. Unfortunately they checked someone else in under our reservations and our credit card was charged for their stay then we paid cash for the stay and was charged again for the stay. so we paid 3x's for 2days!!!! They didnt have any clean towels until after 1pm. Then on the second night roaches were coming from everywhere including the refrigerator!!! Extremely disappointed.

The front desk staff were very friendly. The A/C worked poorly. The hotel's high speed internet wasn't functional, the mattresses were old and very worn as to where I felt like I was sleeping in a hammock, and the coffee pot in the room did not work.
