This has been the worst place i've ever been at. The hotel didn't look anything like the pictures. It seemed like a forgoten place. The room smelled horrible, the bed sheets smelled really bad and old, the walls emanated a very horrible smell, plus outside my room there was a big stain in the hallway carpet that seemed like blood. The A/C when i turned it to warm up a little the room, it started smelling like it was burning inside. The window screen was broken and once i opened the window for fresh air, a bunch of mosquitos got in. The elevator seemed old and wasn't funtioning well, I was even scared to get inside. The bathroom toilet had stains all over it and the room service came once to knock on my door at 7am and never came back for the 5 days that I was there. It was just a horrible experience.

I really just needed a place to stay with my friends while we were here for a concert. We didn't spend much time in the room. Would have been nice to have a fridge.

the parkihg lot was a bit crouded with 2 motels using a common parking lot. the staff was helpful with every request. I will stay here again nest time i'm in the area

hotel is right outside chicago so u have to deal with traffic getting into chicago. staff was nice and rooms were nice. price was great
