Cheap rate. Could hear water running from other rooms all night long. The hotel was good for the price. The biggest annoyance was being able to hear the water running from the other rooms next to us. The pipes would shake every time the water was turned on or off. I didn't expect much for the price but this was incredibly annoying.

I was there five nights and the maid missed room service two days. If you're not out of room by 9:00, no service. WiFi works only in lobby. "Breakfast" is minimal (coffee, juice, toast, and sweetroll). Rooms are comfortably large.

The credit card machine did work, and they ran my card; I insisted I had already paid and they said it was just a precaution against damage. It did have an off smell but only very slightly so I was able to handle it... though the air conditioner didn't blow very cold air. Luckily it was cool out so it was OK. The breakfast was a joke, just some bread for toast, and teeny cinnamon rolls. Come one, spring for some bagels and cream cheese. I didn't have anything. But I liked that the room had a fridge and a microwave, a fridge is a very nice thing to have. The TV worked OK.

Let's see...to start, their credit card machine didn't work....which reminds me, I think they may have billed me twice....I need to check my card company. My bill should have been paid to online travel website, but for some reason they ran my card again at the desk. From there, the first room I had smelled horrible, the tv didn't even work, and the air conditioner hardly worked as it blew out dusty, bad smelling air. I requested a new room and receved one. Room #2 had a broken smoke alarm that was off the wall and smashed on the ground and an air conditioner that worked a little better...but the bed was still hard and uncomfortable.....it had no blanket, just a sheet and a comforter. The breakfast consisted of coffee, hot water, and oranje juice...and hardly any security into the building. The good things: Lots of tv channels...hbo...shower and bathroom weren't too bad, altough the bathroom fan sounded like a jet engine....an ironing board (which had a funky smell and brown stains on it.....but no iron.....and thats about it. I wanted to cancell my reservation, but they wouldn't let let me. Ohhh....and the walls are paper thin. So all in all...this place is a sh*t hole. Im not a material person, Im fine with the cheap way of life....but take my advice....spend * or * more and stay at a nice place.

This was fine for what we needed. We went to a show at the Farm show arena. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was clean.

I will not stay there again. The contiental breakfat is cinnamon pin wheels and coffee. The manager will not honor reservation prices. The manager has a very bad attitude.I will not stay there again and neither will the rest of my family..

The only thing I liked was the price. Public spaces were dirty, floors, walls etc. Continental breakfast a joke. I would not recommend the hotel.

The location was perfect for us, we had morning business at the capital. Not so clean, musty smell. If you just need a place to lay your head while in Harrisburg, this will do, we did not want to spend a lot on a room, we were there to rest and leave early, good location, still must drive (very close but on a highway) to food and shopping.

Friendly staff. Smoke room and outdated. My expectations were not set high to begin with so I really wasn't that disappointed.

Nothing it was dirty. Stained sheets had to have them changed. I will never stay at this hotel again. The windows have not been cleaned for months and the sheets were stained. When we walked in there was no one around we had to wait a long time even when we left in the morning there was no one to help us. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The night desk clerk gave me directions to a 24 hr Wal-Mart. The whole place smelled bad. The lobby rugs were being cleaned (?) when we got there. It was hard to check in with this going on. The room smelled like body odor. We asked for a different room, and that room was filthy. The towels (white) were yellow and hard, not to mention the toothpaste blotches in the sink from the previous guest. The TV didn't work, so there was a backup that didn't get the HBO. The shower drained extremely slow, so you were standing in 4 inches of water by the time you were done. The fridge was not plugged in and found this out when I went to open it. After a whole day out we got back in around 10 pm and behold our key did not work. This meant a trip back to the desk to get our key recharged and given instructions on how to put the key in. Give me a break!

Location. Room was the worst I have ever stayed in, nicotine dripping down the walls, furniture broken.

I like it has a pool for the children. I wish the restaurant would get it together. The food and service is not good at all. We like the hotel because it is clean and easy to get to out destination. The children love the pool but it need to be heated. If the restaurant was better we would eat there. We have gotten sick from the food.

It was allot quieter than expected. The hotel was packed every night and we barely heard any noise. The outside of the hotel needed a little bit of cosmetic work. My husband and I traveled there with our three young children and we were very surprised. I didn't think the room would be as good as it was. The kids had room to play and we had room to relax. At night we didn't hear any noise, which that was what I was concerned about. It was nice and peaceful. I would consider going back sometime.

The people seemed to be friendly. It could have been a little cleaner, especially the walls. It was not as bad as I thought it was going to be. When I saw it from the outside, I thought it was going to be a lot worse.

Close to highway, attractions. Maid barges in when we were in room and proceeded to clean it. Ok. Better than 1 star. Maybe 2 stars. Good value for proximity to Hersheypark, if you don't mind a 2 star hotel.

Spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The neighbors were very noisy and you could here right through the inside door. Very nice hotel for the price, very comfortable to stay in. Would definitely stay there again but they should remind the other visitors to respect there neighbors.

The hotel was convenient to get to and was reasonably priced. The staff wasn't always helpful. One person told me they didn't have extra pillows, he gave me towels to use! The next day a woman had plenty of towels for us. The woman was very helpful and nice the entire time we were there. The hotel is only about a half hour from Hershey and about an hour from Amish Country. It was good for a couple days; I wouldn't stay there for a longer period.

Close to Hershey, nothing else to like. Roaches, broken window, two light bulbs were broken, no back on the remote control, odor. Do not stay here; this place was not a hotel. More like a rent by the hour hotel. Roaches were crawling on the breakfast bar. Odor in the room. The window glass was broken in the room. Two light bulbs were burnt out; one broke off in the socket. The toilet rocked when you sat down on it. The remote control for the 25 inch TV that had a VCR in it didn't work and the back was missing off the remote.
Date of Stay:

There is nothing I liked or my family liked about the hotel. There is not enough space or do I have that much time. The hotel was dark, dirty and English was not a language that was commonly spoken.
