Doors closed very slowly. As a female travelling alone this made me uncomfortable.

Our family was very comfortable and the room was spacious. The available breakfast was very delicious and there was plenty of it for all.

Staff friendly and helpful. The only suggestion I would make is to add a refrigerator to each room. Currently it is hit or miss, otherwise very satisfactory.

The Econo lodge Hadley was a well thought out reasonably priced hotel. The room was comfortable and clean and the bathroom large. The hotel provided a nice continental breakfast including good coffee, juice, danish and waffels, with a small intimate patio area outside with umbrella tables and chairs just off the lobby. The hotel was also very close to shopping and restaurants. We will surely stay there again.

front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast on the week-end was fine. The week day they ran out of items quikkly and we were thee early. The housekeeping staff emptied trash in our room but forgot to replace the coffee. But all in all we were happy with our stay here and it was located in a very good location, near to everything we wanted to see.

Cheap and close to destination. I left behind a new pair of shoes and they were stolen by housekeeping. Everything was fine, but I called as soon as I realized. I left behind my purchase (new pair of shoes).

We were visiting the University of Massachusetts/Amherst over a weekend and wanted a room that was clean, quiet, and close to the campus. The Econo Lodge worked out fine. As the name implies, this is a basic hotel without a lot of amenities but if you're just looking for a clean/quiet place to spend the night at a reasonable price, the Econo Lodge is good choice.

Convenience, quick breakfast and pool close in restaurants. This hotel was great for a short stay to visit local attractions. The pool was clean, the breakfast was quick and the staff seem very willing to accommodate guests.

Convenient location. No itemized bill. Pool open to parking lot & lobby. The room was comfortable, but not very attractive, but I didn't go for that. No good reading lamp near easy chair. Continental breakfast was, as usual, barely adequate.

Clean, pleasant, and good location. I guess breakfast could have ended a little later in the morning. The hotel has an excellent location; central to everything. The facilities were very clean and the staff was very pleasant. It was a pleasant experience for a short weekend trip.

The staff were friendly, efficient and overall excellent. The breakfast was not so good. This hotel was everything I expected - functional, friendly, clean, not overrun with luxuries but entirely worth of it. The staff was extremely friendly, and helpful at every point. The pool was great, a nice temperature, clean and in good repair, and the pool room was nicely decorated. The Internet at this hotel was wired, which I was not expecting, but the front desk staff had patch cables behind the desk and was happy to give me one. The room was nicely outfitted and recently redecorated, not overly luxurious but functional and comfortable. The breakfast was horrible, but there's a Panera Bread within walking distance. I also noticed that the room had a connecting door, which would be great for traveling with the family.

Chosen for convenience to local colleges, pleasantly surprised by cleanliness and nearby stores and restaurants. Coffeemaker in bathroom! Great location for nearby colleges, very clean room, smooth check-in/out transaction.
