The bed was comfortable and the AC worked well. The floors were dirty and the motel was run down. The comfortable bed and the working air conditioning were the pluses. As I was leaving, after 3 days, I noticed a used condom wrapper on the floor - it wasn't mine. That means that at least that part of the floor was never cleaned. The carpets also felt oily. The bathroom was tolerable but really not "clean". There was a sign in the shower that "water temperature fluctuates". It did. It wasn't dangerous but it made you not want to take too hot of a shower. If the hotel cost $29 / night, all of the above would be expected but at $78 / night, it was definitely not worth the money.
