Good Value without alot of frills. Clean and close-in.

Nothing. This was the grosses room I have ever stayed in. The walls were extremely dirty. The bathroom door had brown stuff smeared on the door. The carpet looked like it had not been vacuumed in a while. If you plan to pay the extra to have the one bedroom style room only plan to have one TV. There was no microwave in the room.

Hotel was supposed to be rated 3 star, I would give it 2 star. The bathroom had mold on the ceiling and the bottom of the shower curtain, it also smelled like urine. The location is by two very busy streets, however I did not think the noise was to bad. I would not stay there again.

The room wasn't too bad...on the small size but it did have a king size bed in it....the noise from the waterpipes in the ajoining rooms was a real shocker...and when we wanted to take our morning shower.....the bathtub was clogged up and wouldn't drain....had no idea what would come back on us if we tried...so just got our coffee and left.....Coffee was great!!!

The rooms looked to have been recently remodeled. They were very clean and nicely decorated. THey were average sized with plenty of room to get around the bed. Two sinks made it nice to get ready in the morning. Also the room had a refrigerator and a microwave.I would stay there again and I travel alot for work. I wish I could find this value everywhere I travel.

My daughter and I stayed at the Econo Lodge in Eugene for two nights and we were very pleased with this hotel. We got there late the first night after a long drive and the women working the check in desk was very helpful/courteous. Very quiet hotel and the room was clean. I would definatly stay here again on my next trip to Eugene.

Very close to my place of business. Very nice for the money. I would stay there again if I had to. They had a continental breakfast in lobby. Close to shopping and restaurants and freeway access.

The location and outside appearance gave me pause, but I must admit that once inside the room, I was pleasantly surprised.

The hotel description states that the motel was remodeled in 2006. In our room it appears that only the bathroom was remodeled. The carpet and furniture were soiled and the extra roll away bed we asked for smelled. We had two double beds in each room but the sheets and bedding were for a twin bed. The people who own the motel were very nice and had excellent service. After reading the other reviews, I was expecting a nicer room for the price.

No fitted sheets for King Size bed. When I asked for a fitted sheet manager told us that she needed to buy some. When I asked if the bed could be made up again she said housekeeping had left for the day.

I wasn't expecting much, but was pleasantly surprised. I knew going in that the amenities were few and that was ok as we only needed a bed to sleep in (we have friends in Eugene). The bed was incredibly comfortable with nice fluffy pillows. The staff was very friendly, running to open the door if your hands were full, etc. No coffee in-room, you have to go to the lobby for it but at least it was pretty good coffee.

They placed me in a smoking room even though I requested non-smoking. Mold in the bathroom.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the showers were hot. The staff was helpful and responsive to anything we asked or wanted. We had arranged for a quiet room on the back side off the main street, so it was pleasantly quiet. The motel looks like it is in good condition. The room was small, just a little crowded, but we did not hang around long, and felt it was just fine for the reasonable prices. The breakfast offerings were not too interesting except for the fruit, but we were referred to D.J.'s just two blocks away for an excellent meal. (Note this survey did not ask where we stayed. It was at the Econo Lodge in Eugene OR, on 6th Street. My spouse's last name is X, so it may be listed under his name.)

The room in itself was fair. While there was a refrigerator there was not a coffe maker. Also, there were only two hangers for clothes.

Friendly staff. Very small rooms & bathrooms.

It's cheaper direct and very decent. It was clean and comfortable!

Free continental breakfast. Bad location. For an Econo Lodge, I guess I really can't complain, though they gave me a smoking room and the water pressure in the shower was horrible. I'd only stay at this hotel again if I was on a tight budget.

Smelled nice, clean, well maintained, quiet, comfortable. Stopper missing from sink. We are happy with our stay. Good value. Smelled nice, it was clean, well maintained, quiet, comfortable and the staff was very congenial. We will stay there again if we travel there.
