The room I had was large and very clean. Unfortunately, the room smelled. In fact after being in the room for less than 1 hour, I had a headache because of the smell. The motel is an older building that has been refurbished to some degree. The building itself was cleanly painted so it looked fine from the street. The carpet on the stairs and outdoor access covered walkways was frayed, dirty and in need of replacement. The paint on the doors and door frames (inside and out)was chiped and needed to be scraped, primed and re-painted. I would have been willing to overlook these conditions if the smell had not been so bad because the price was what I could afford. I was not sure whether the smell was mold/mildew or smoke. Whatever it was, it, permeated everything in the room. Although the room looked clean, I was unsure of whether to trust it since the smell was so bad so I slept on top of the bed wrapped in a blanket from my car rather than run the risk of mold/mildew in the bedding.

Adequate for my purpose. The hotel had a notice that a $30 fee would be charged if pets were in room. This was an adequate room for myself and my friend, however the pet fee took us by surprise. I would not have chosen that hotel if I thought they did not allow pets.

Stayed one night during the Waterfowl Festival, it was dirty, noisey, you could hear the traffic on RT 50. Very bad.

It's an Econolodge, so it was adequate for the one night I had to stay there but not exactly a destination hotel. Everything else was booked, but shop around; for that price you can get something better I'm sure.

Staff was helpful. Non smoking rooms were not available, price was too high.

We stayed here one night, we were booked for three. This place is dirty, noisey and old.I would never recommend it except that it is relatively cheap. I wonder why. :+(

It was cheap. Its was old looking dirty and stinky. Other then being cheap there is no way I would ever return to this dump.
