Close to restaurants and highway. Unheated pool. Very clean and the staff quickly met any needs we had.

My husband and I have stayed here 4 times this past winter and are staying there again this month. We love to escape to the area to de-stress and swim with the manatees. Plenty of room for parking our truck loaded with kayaks. Room is very clean and never an odor. Staff is very friendly. We have never used the pool, but it looks clean and well maintained. We have been staying at this hotel since January 2007 with about 10 total stays. We have stayed at all the other chain hotels in the area and they are either way over-priced, or filthy.

Would be difficult in one word. Bed. Price was fair, quality of bed was extremely poor and fairly clean.

Thought it was odd that a dead deer lied in front of the office near the highway when we arrived around 3 PM. It was still there at 12:00 the next day when we left. They were also having a furniture sale and alot of it was sitting outside of the rooms.

Rates. Unavailability of advertised services. The continental breakfast ran out of food, and the wireless internet was non functional, but for what I paid in this motel---I was not disappointed.

The staff was most friendly and helpful. The carpeting needs to be cleaned more often! It was conveniently located; price was the best in the area. The pool was clean and easily accusable to each room. The staff went out of their way to give me a room just to shower and change with an acceptable price. I was most happy with my stay. It wasn't fancy or outstand attractive, but clean, friendly and at a good price.

The counter people were friendly. The beds were very uncomfortable. Overall not a bad motel for the price. I would probably use them again.
