Location. It was cold, the theatres were set to turn off at night and start again at 6 am to late and too cold. Well I presume these were recent owners as they struggled to check me in and out. The former owner took all the big TV or maybe there just never was any. I overheard another complaining that she wanted her internet. Now as she had asked for it and was not getting it. The lobby was freezing cold and the check-in staff wore a winter coat. The coffee in the morning was so weak that one could see the bottom of the cup through the coffee! Will not recommend to anyone!
