This was my worst hotel experience in recent memory. They re-define incompetence. We checked in Sunday. The rooms were small and dingy, but what do you expect for the price. It gets much worse however. Monday: The internet doesn't work, we are told it will be fixed soon. The sign outside advertises "fast internet".. The remote for the TV doesn't work. Tuesday.: The internet doesn't work. The desk clerk shows my wife how to steal the internet access from the motel next door. Another clerk claims he has fixed the remote, it still doesn't work. Wednesday: The internet still doesn't work. The room wasn't made up. They gave us clean towels though. We also get a wake up call at 2:00am. We didn't ask for a wake up call. Thursday: The internet still doesn't work. The room wasn't made up and they didn't give us clean towels either. We asked them to make up the room. Their response was that "Housekeeping had gone home" so we never do get the room made up. They eventually gave us an armload of clean towels though. Friday: We go to checkout and use our two free nights from choice points. They claim they can't award the free nights there and we will have to write to Choice Hotels. We pitch a fit and they eventually "figure out" how to give us the two free nights. We'll see if they got the charges right. I doubt it. This hotel is the most incompetently managed hotel that I have ever stayed at. Choice Hotels have usually been pretty good. This one should be kicked out of their system.

The room was long overdue for a makeover. The wallpaper was peeling and there were stains on walls. The bathroom was especially bad, with water damage, stains, and the ventilator seemed to be non-functioning. Furhermore the overall cleanliness was not good, and most of the white towels, washcloths, floor mat, had staining. It appeared they were working on the motel, so maybe they are remodeling. Ask to see the room before you stay! The staff & location were OK, but the room was not worth what I paid.

It was convenient to all locations. The staff did not speak very understandable English. They argued about check out instead of consulting a manager. Then screwed us out of a days stay. The room was dirty, the ceiling had a water leak, on the third floor, when they cleaned our room they neglected to refill the TP in the bathroom and we had to go back down stairs to get it. The wallpaper was falling off and the TV remote did not work even after replacing the batteries. The staff was rude and completely unhelpful! Would never stay here again.

It was dirty and not what I expected. The staff were very nice and helpful but the hotel was below par in my opinion. I asked for a non smoking room and did not get it. Someone had recently smoked in the room and it smelled awful. Also cleanliness was questionable.

Nothing at all. Weed smoking in halls police coming there, dirt, in hall, rooms very nasty place to stay. It should be clean, free of people hanging out, noise at 3am was way to much.No desk help.

I liked the location of the hotel. The room was dirty and smelled bad. While this hotel has a good location, the room was dirty and dingy and smelled horrible. The bathroom had a crumbling ceiling over the shower.

Nothing. Shady occupants in other rooms. I liked Nothing. I didn't sleep all night. Loud banging all night. This hotel was ghetto. The room was nasty and the linen Smelled. I actually found a marijuana roach on the floor next to the bed!

The staff was very professional and courteous. The chair in my room was literally filthy and needs cleaning. I initially wasn't very pleased, however, the staff especially at the front desk were awesome and compensated for that. I would advise that more care be given to room furniture cleaning. The comfortable chair located in the room was very dirty and in bad need of upholstery cleaning.

Continental breakfast. 0 The pool was totally unusable the entire week. I had to get my own towels and toilet paper after I checked in and discovered there was nothing in the room. They promised a micro fridge but when I checked in took 3 days to get it, they tried to charge me $10 a night for it. 1st complaint very disgusted...would NOT recommend hotel and would be very hesitant to recommend it to anybody.

Staff tried to be helpful. Ants, cracks in bathroom ceiling. This hotel is in need of repairs and maintenance. There were cracks in the bathroom ceiling, the lawn was overgrown with weeds, I saw ants in the room, they were out of coffee for the coffee makers, the pool was closed, the curtains were broken and dangling and the sign was burnt out on the outside. The staff tried to be nice, I don't think these things were under their control.

Plumbing is off- some toilets don't flush- my tub took 1/2 hour to drain. rooms were not cleaned or beds made up. I think hotel was understaffed that weekend. overall looks a bit shabby but the price was right and for it, I would stay there again.

When we checked in, another customer was complaining about lack of clean linens. Went to our room everything seemed fine, then found that remote for TV & light bulb for lamp over desk missing. Bath soap bar was crumbled. Left Saturday morning returned after 7PM, room key would not work. After getting into room we found it not made up, swept, and no fresh linens. While getting key updated, another customer was getting linens @ front desk & he was advised he was getting last 3 towels. After calling front desk about condition of room were told that they would get to our room when they could get to it. When speaking to management all sorts of excuses were made including that the maids were on vacation! This was the second time in two years we have stayed in this particular "hotel" and both experiences were well below our expectations.

nothing it was a horrible experience, dirty, understaffed, and many other things 1st - ironing board was broke, we called for a replacement and towels and a girl with a bikini delivered it to the room. Room wasn't clean. Got in bed and felt something funny - it was full of cheesy popcorn. Went down and asked for clean sheets to put on and we got wet ones. Eating not clean. Didn't run AC in the halls. It appeared as though a family was trying to run this hotel without help. We never got enough towels. I don't think they had enough at the hotel. The elevator was dirty. The halls were dirty. There is many other things, but I won't bother. This establishment is NOT up to Choice Hotels standards. There needs to be a review done on this place.

location Rooms were not very clean, no shower curtain, tub did not drain We were first made to pay extra for a room with two beds. Got in around midnight and went to take a shower, there was no curtain. Went to office to get extra towels for the floor. Ran water to warm, the drain was plugged. Had to pack up and move to a new room 2 floors up. Coffee pot had never been cleaned from prior guests.
