Staff was helpful for local info. We worked the Sampler Festival for the week end. We did some shopping and explored the town.

None. Just about everything. Well when we arrived, we had to wait for the person working at the hotel to wake up. The first room we tried, was already occupied. The second room we tried, had a door adjoining two rooms, but didn't lock. And finally, the third room was available. However, it was dusty and I found a used band-aid in the shower.

I stayed here one night while in the area pheasant hunting. I thought it was a great hotel (especially for the price). It is the least expensive hotel in Concordia. My room appeared to have been recently remodeled. It was very clean. The bed was comfortable. They had a shed for cleaning birds. They even left a tube of toothpaste in the bathroom with the other soaps etc. I'll also say that the room furnace worked great. I had to turn it down because it got too hot. (I mention this because on a different hunting trip, I stayed at a Motel in Salina with thin blankets and a heater that didn't really work. I had to sleep fully dressed using my coat as a blanket at the Salina Motel.) I thought it was a great hotel. I am planning on staying there on my next hunting trip this weekend or the next. I didn't eat breakfast at the hotel, so I cannot comment on that.

Scruffy room with bugs; remote did not work; smoke alarm did not work and there were roaches in the breakfast area.

"OK hotel for the price but rooms could use a make-over. Bathroom had a little mildew and a dog had tried to chew it's way through the door. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable and showers hot. Breakfast could have used an additional waffle maker as there was quite the line to use the one but it was good."

A place to sleep. Room smelled musty. Based upon the price, I did not expect a lot. This is a cheap place to stay and if you just want to sleep it fits the bill. It was just a room. My room had a musty smell that was noticeable when first entering or waking up. Other than that the bed was comfortable enough. Staff was friendly.
