I arrived at almost midnight. My FIRST room had an ac that made a grinding noise and did not cool. So, after 1:00 a.m. I got another room that had a continuing noise--turned out it needed a battery for the alarm. These rooms should have been checked before-- especially a broken ac system.

The lady at the desk refunded my money when the drink machine wasn't working. Slow shuttle service from the airport, no coffee maker in room, no iron or hair dryer. I liked how the non-smoking room I got really was smoke free. The room was clean and the air worked good.

The hotel was very clean and a very good price but the location was not that great. The area was surrounded by places that had bars on the windows and the stores all had counters that had their cashiers behind bullet proof windows. Not a great location.....

Situated right next to the airport, I was surprised not to hear the airplanes! However as we entered the room it smelled strongly of cheap perfume, so I wouldn't recommend this for people who experience migraines. The room itself was okay and it had a fridge. The neighborhood surrounding seemed kind of iffy. There is a delicious Thai restaurant in the shopping area across the street which was really nice. My biggest complaint was that on the day I was checking out, 10 minutes after 11:00 am (Yes, that's the check out time) the owner knocked on my door and told me that "my time was up". I had forgotten that the checkout time was so early, and I was pretty angry that they would force me to leave even though it was only 10 minutes after the check out time. They gave me until 12:00 to check out, thankfully and didn't charge me for an extra night. I wouldn't recommend staying here unless you have no other choice.

The low price and the 24 hour hotel shuttle is what lured me in. After missing a flight and a day full on connections, I needed a place to sleep for a few hours until I caught my early a.m. flight home. You had to get buzzed into the lobby and the place was a little run down but for the price I paid I knew it wasnt going to be five star. In my opinion, after just finishing up a weeks vacation in Hawaii at a 5 star hotel, I just wanted to close my eyes and shower for a few hours, and I needed a shuttle to provide transportation. This place was good for just that. I wouldnt recommend 2 or 3 days here - good for a night or less.

Was not safe could not sleep for all the commotion in parking lot. Was not safe could not sleep for all the commotion in parking lot I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The room smelled of bug spray, there was constant loud noise all night long. We were in Atlanta overnight for a flight layover. Knowing nothing about the area we selected the closet hotel to the airport. My family felt very unsafe, there were people outside our door and in the parking lot all night long. People were in the halls arguing. When we went in the gas station across the street the attendant was sitting behind bullet proof glass, this only heighten our concern for safety.

I expected more from an Econo. The bed had a dip in the mattress, not comfy. the parking lot need more light at night.

functional economy close to the airport but shuttle was infrequent, I should have called more?

Room size. Lied about 24 hour shuttle, would not pick us up. The owner said that he would bring the shuttle van in a few minutes on the first call, this was a lie. He did not plan to come. After repeated calls he finally said he was not coming! This is horrible for someone traveling with children and elderly people.

X and Y were great! The staff really works hard and works a lot of hours. They are very dedicated. They let me put some extra left overs in the back fridge so didn't have to throw my food out and could eat the rest later, since I had been at a convention all day. I really appreciated that. They gave me a new room right away when the drain wouldn't work in my original room. They also allowed me to upgrade (before I arrived) to a double, double bed and didn't charge me. There was access to the internet, free parking, shuttle every half hour to the airport, pick up whenever I needed it from the airport, and free breakfast. It would be nice if there were fresh fruit as a choice. There is a Thai restraunt across the street which was unbelievable! Great food, huge portion! and a nice family that runs it. All this for a really cheap price. The doors do open to the outside. I was surprised by that but got used to it. I really enjoyed my stay. I felt at home.

Got in late, airport shuttle made transfers easy, room was large, clean with refrigerator and descent TV plus cable and AC. The 24 hour waffle house next door was a a highlight. If you want frills go elsewhere, if you are real picky somewhere else is for you. If you have a long layover and all the above is what you are looking for this is the place for you.

Offered me breakfast even though I needed to leave before the established breakfast time. Shuttle wasn't real quick to arrive.

Even though the management can not do much about the neighborhood I feel as though if they would add some security to the building and give the overall appearance a major face lift it would be better. It does have great access right off the highway (I-285) so it is easy to find. I only had to use this place for the 1st and last day of my trip for the bulk of my stay in Atlanta I was at another Hotel. The only reason that I had to stay here was for the event that was planned the rooms were booked up. Next time I will make my reservation much much farther ahead

It is an average hotel with a ordinary room. The room is clean. It was sufficient for my one-day stay while waiting to go to get my flight at the airport. The hotel does not have amenities.

Cleanliness, close to airport and highway. Took driver (shuttle) to long to pick us up from airport.

These pictures of this hotel are very deceiving. It looks like a well maintained Econo Lodge and that you are getting it for a deal when you are not. It is run down. Rooms have an odor and the 2nd shift clerk was a lil rude. This is an individually owned Econo. It is really named Economy Inn at least that is what my receipt said. Just go 3 exits south to Motel 6 cheaper and cleaner.

The shuttle was to pick me up but I had to call them first, however the phonelines had been knocked downed. They area was HORRIBLE noisy ALL hours of the night in a BAD neighborhood. Just glad I had earplugs. But if you dont mind noise and want some place cheap have a stay. I wouldn't take my family though.

The room was cheap enough but dirty. I had to switch to another room. All rooms smelled of an incense-like deodorant spray. No breakfast at all one day. Panhandlers bother you at your car during all hours. Not recommended.

"Was not very clean, shower curtain had unpleasant odor, sticky substance on bathroom floor, people hanging out late at night-did not feel safe, and although permitted to smoke in non-smoking room, was told to use the plastic cups as ashtrays. I will never stay at this location again!"
