This room was full of bugs, webs, bug feces, dust mites, etc. as was the second room we were shown. Our only request was to get our money back (4 night stay) and go elsewhere for lodging. No refunds allowed! We were leaving anyway. I'm disabled and while I was gathering our items the owner called the cops because we hadn't left yet. The policeman was very nice......to us. He agreed the owner was being unreasonable. We travel often and never experienced conditions such as this.

Convenient for my needs. None. Excellent for my usage, near my destination, quiet, clean and comfortable.

We stayed at this motel this last weekend. The location was convenient for us, close to the freeway. It appears this is a "family run" motel. It is a relatively small motel and the most reasonably priced option in the area, so it probably books up quickly. The rooms were clean and relatively large. The entire site seems to have been recently remodeled. The bathroom is somewhat small and has only a toilet and a shower shower (not a tub) but we rarely use the tub, anyway. Initially, the TV remote didn't work correctly but they fixed it without much of a problem. The "continental breakfast" was a touch sparse, but there is a diner in the parking lot which was tasty and the Waffle House about a mile up the road was good, too. Food within walking distance is pretty much just the diner (and a package liquor / bbq place that didn't look too exciting), but if you got to this hotel you probably have a car. North of the hotel there are plenty of food options. The employees were friendly and the booked rate was honored without any problems. We initially though the location looked a bit scary, but we quickly decided our initial impressions were wrong and settled in quickly. The beds were a bit too hard for our personal tastes, but others like hard mattresses, so I wouldn't really knock them for this. We would have liked to have a refrigerator, but that isn't a necessity. The TV had a relatively large number of channels including HBO. Train noise wasn't an issue for us. The light from the motel sign leaked into the room too much for my taste, but ultimately the hotel delivered as promised and we would use again.

There is a train track quite near the hotel and the noise of them was bad. The heating/cooling unit sounded like a train too - extremely loud and difficult to get the room to a consistent temperature. The shower was TINY. The room was very clean, and the people were SO NICE. BUT - too loud to sleep.

Great value & well maintained. I was really impressed with how nice and well maintained this was! Its great, basic accommodations very clean, with new style doors, respectable carpet, new vanity and shower marble fixtures. Everything was neat and tidy in and around the property. Danish breakfast too.

We stayed here one night on our way to Niagra Falls. It is located just off I-81 and getting on/off the highway was quite easy. The hotel photo is a bit misleading. The hotel is located in between and behind a diner and a bank and the view from our room was of the back of the bank. Wasn't a big issue for us since we were only staying overnight. We had a standard King, non-smoking room and everything was fine. The room even had a small balcony overlooking a brook (and the back of the bank). The room was comfortable and clean. For the money, it was well worth it. The hotel staff were pleasant and easy to talk to. My only complaint was that the hotel advertised free continental breakfast and upon checkout around 8:30 there was no sign of food. We were in a hurry and did not question it. If you are looking for a clean, cheap place to stay, I would recommend it!

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. First room we stayed in had a very small bathroom and shower.

Motel is moderately priced for a busy, convenient location. Glad they haven't upped the rates to cover expensive redecoration. It's clean and comfortable, with very basic amenities. No frills, OK price, great location.

Quiet, pet friendly, convenient. No bathtub. Would stay at motel again but did not know there was no bathtub. Had good hot water and clean shower, iron, coffeepot and amenites.

The location was good. There was mold or mildew in the air conditioner unit. I would not recommend this place, mainly because of the mold and mildew in the air conditioner unit.
