Clean, comfortable for the price, good nights rest. Recommend this hotel for those who want a clean room and a good nights rest.

Hotel was very clean and beds were very comfortable. Boston Pizza and Dairy Queen were right across the street from the hotel. Safeway was a five minute walk. Restaurant in hotel had good breakfasts.

Very clean, comfortable and convenient location. Didn't need/want two large beds. One king would have been better. Overall, a very clean and comfortable hotel. Convenient location for travelers.Good overall amenities and attractiveness of the hotel.

The hotel was in an excellent location with incredible views of the rocky mountains. We could easily walk downtown to the shops and restaurants. The grocery stores were also a short walk from the hotel. The hotel's restaurant, Chez Francois, had great breakfasts and their supper menu was very reasonably priced. Our room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. It was fun to sit out in the outdoor hot tub at night. Overall, staying at this hotel was very enjoyable.

Good place to stay for the price. Some noise transmits through the walls. For those who need a good clean place to stay, it is good for the price. Full breakfast with beverage for $6 is optional and recommended

The hotel was nice, pretty basic, seems clean and was located about 10 minutes from Banff, great view of the mountains from the room. There was a small bug in the washroom. Overall, a decent hotel. Very basic and good for business travelers or short stays.

The View. The AC was leaking, the Carpet was wet. The space between the bed and the Window was about 8 inches, not to much room to walk around the bed at all. Like I said the room was not very big. First a room was offered to us beside the restaurant backdoor, beside the smelly garbage bins and broken wooden steps to the parking lot.

It was clean and appeared to have been recently remodeled. The smell of the attached restaurant pervaded everything. Pleasant staff, convenient location and clean, renovated rooms with nice amenities. We had a ground floor room. Water temp in the shower was highly unpredictable, occasional moments of scalding or freezing with no warning. The hotel smelled like the kitchen exhaust fan from the attached restaurant was blowing straight into the ground floor. Every footstep made in the hall was audible in the room due to the wood floors.

Clean, good location, Jacuzzi tub. Front desk staff was not very friendly. This hotel would be great for business travelers or short-leisure trips. It was extremely clean and had a few extra perks that made my stay more enjoyable (free wireless internet, Jacuzzi tub, etc.).

Location. Close to restaurants. All but 8 rooms on lower level. Did not like patio doors. Overall, nice place to stay traveling threw to next destination.
