On checking in, I found that I did not have an Orbitz reservation but they had a room available. I also was told that if I had gone directly through the hotel, I would have gotten a better rate. The room rate on the back of the room door was approximately $10 less than what I had paid Orbitz. Not a pleasant surprise after a long day on the road. There were no unused electrical outlets to use to charge my phone.

The hotel was clean with very receptive employees who were very helpful. The room was very outdated, the windows did not open, no coffee in room, refridgerator did not work, but the bed was very comfortable. The continental breakfast was very good. Had good restaurants, grocery stores, department stores close for your needs. If a room is all you are looking for this is the place for you, but if you want the extras with a little frill it is not.

We like the big room, the separate sink in the bathroom area, spacious room. It didn't have a micro-wave. I thought it to be nice and clean. Good location to interstate. Near eating places.

Convenient location. Walls and floors were dirty, dirty pool and hot breakfast room. The staff was friendly enough, but the hotel was dirty. The walls and floors had stains and were discolored. The pool had green water, I wouldn't even let the kids swim in it. There was an unpleasant odor in our room. The continental breakfast would of been good, but the room where it was being served was so hot, we couldn't stay in there to eat. We ended up going elsewhere for breakfast.
