It was quiet and acceptable but had an annoying odd smell.

Clean, convenient and friendly. My son took me to my first ever Carolina basketball game. We wanted to get out of Chapel Hill and find a place to spend the night. We chose Burlington. We had car trouble between Chapel Hill and Burlington. We were towed to Burlington. Your staff was most helpful and offered assistance including a late check out if needed. We very much appreciate their assistance. I would recommend your motel to anyone if your staff is as helpful at all your motels.

This hotel was very rundown. When we checked into our room, it smelled of bug spray and we requested a new room. It took over 1/2 hour and 2 requests to get moved. The new room also smelled, but not as bad. The shower water was rusty and brown. We were booked for two nights, but left after one to find something better. We will never stay at an Econolodge again.

I found the hotel staff to be very customer oriented and attentive. We found the hotel in general to be perfectly adequate for our needs. The complimentary continental breakfast was an added bonus. The hotel is conveniently located to all the major highways and shopping areas. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay at the Econolodge and would not hesitate to stay on future visits and recommend to friends.

Location off major highway. Maids pounding on doors early morning. I would not stay here again. Rooms need maintenance. Hooks falling off doors, wallpaper peeling off the wall. Drawer pulls falling off. Maids pounding on doors early in AM. Maids shouting to one another in hallway. Food in breakfast area not replenished when food ran out.

Room not cleaned properly; bathroom was disgusting. In addition to the issue with the room cleanliness, the front desk clerk was not very accommodating. He did not give us proper attention and not once during the ordeal offered a simple, I'm sorry. We will continue to use Priceline, have had very good experiences in the past (10 college stops in 5 days) but this particular location is well below par in quality and service.

It was very close to the highway we were travelling on. The one way paeling lot that nearly got my car totaled. For the price, it was exactly what you would expect. There was a pool and since it was warm, lots of folks were coming and going from there at night, but it was clean and safe.

Location and availability. Needs better cleaning and breakfast was almost nil. They knew they were sold out for 2 nits in a row and didn't prepare for breakfast items and even coffee was a wait. Also the cleaning crew was overwhelmed.
