Filthy-holes in carpet, nicotine running down the walls, put my wet towel back on rack-it was still wet at 6pm, sheets had been slept in before, no blanket-had to use bedspread-fire alarm hanging off wall, gum stuck to tile floor, shower curtain to low and very moldy, window frame painted white, but black with dirt-enough said?

The continental breakfast was only bagels, cereal, juice and pastries. Not too much to choose from and it never varied.

I checked into this hotel after 2am with 2 small children. The room was not well lit and seemed very grungy. I went to close the curtain as there were police cars I could see from the window. The window had a white haze over it, like it hadn't been cleaned in years. I then went to turn down the comforter to put my children to bed and found HAIR FROM THE LAST GUEST STILL ON THE PILLOWS (ALOT OF IT TOO)! This was disgusting and the last straw. I would recommend AAA pull their endorsement of this hotel.

The hotel was closest to all of our planned stops. Small room, came back from short visit to find top of denture holder gone. The heating didn't work properly we either froze or were overheated so spent the entire time turning it on and/or off. The room was so small it was hard to move around in; one of us would have to literally sit on the bed so the other could get from one side to the other. The bathroom did not have an exhaust fan so it fogged up quickly and you couldn't see in the mirror for quite some time. I did like that there were some amenities such as a coffee maker, blow dryer, clothes iron, and WiFi internet access. These somewhat made up for the low budget service we received. Such as on day one after coming back our bed was not even made nor did we receive a clean bath mat. Very disappointing.

Location. Slightly rundown appearance. The room was clean and the bathroom was roomy. There was no art work on the walls so the room had a plain look to it, but it served our purposes as we just needed a place to sleep while attending Sunny Brockport's summer orientation.

The hotel was dirty. The sheets were dingy. One of my blankets had a cigarette burn. There were ants in the room.

It was fairly priced for motels in this area. Only 3 towels, 2 pillows, sheets not fresh, violence in the parking lot blood spattered on cars. The staff was ok. The sheets and pillow cases appeared to be wrinkled and possibly used. Insufficient pillows (only 2) and lack of towels/washcloths for 2 people. Room was dingy looking but was vacuumed. Cars in the parking lot splattered with blood, including my car. Blood all over the parking lot. I asked the front desk about it and there was a lack of concern, implied this type activity may take place frequently.
