The staff tried to accommodate us with a cleaner room. The room was filthy. Filthy, uncomfortable (too hot, AC didn't work well), and sheets didn't fit the mattress practically ended up sleeping on a bare mattress. Will never stay at that Econo Lodge again.

When we got back to the room 03/31 there had been no room service. Had to go to desk for towels. Asked for 4, only got 3 ( all they had). No hot water in shower. Room key did not work after 08:30 am. Check out 11:00 am Did receive adjustment for bad service but I feel the Sr. rate had been inflated.

It had a bed and the shower worked great. Dirty carpets and no phone service in either room. This hotel is in need of some major repairs. The location is great though. It was close to the highway and also to other nice eating places. We had 2 rooms and no pets. Then the carpet had not been vacuumed and the room was hot. Luckily the air worked and we turned it on. It had window AC units.

As you walk in there is bird poop all over the sidewalks. The bed is awfull and the room is not clean. We stayed two nights, tried to cancel the second night but were told we couldn't. There were sheets and towels all over the hall at 4PM and our bed had no bedding on second day. TV was on the fritz and we were told that we didn't report it earlier enough for them to do anything about it. I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!!!

Nothing. The room was dirty and the hot water did not work and the AC would not cool. I would not stay at this hotel ever again when I told the staff about not having any hot water and that the AC did not work I was told that it would be fixed before my next nights stay but it was not and when I got back to my room for the next night I had to wait over an hour to get another room which was up stairs which I did not want. Very disappointed in this hotel

Nothing. The room. The TV didn't work, appeared to have fecal matter on ceiling, hotel staff said there was nothing that they could do, and have tried calling manager and he will not return calls.

My key kept not working. Swimming pool good. My key was broken and the doors wouldn't work to get in & out with the key so I had to keep going through the lobby. But, the staff was friendly to try and reprogram the key. The swimming pool is tiny, but it was clean and protected from the road by foliage. It is an old hotel and kind of grubby, but cleans as these hotels go.

No housekeeping service. Clean upon arrival but I had to get (sign out) for towels each day. I had to get coffee for each room daily and I had to empty trash/dirty towels.

Room wasdirty, no internet connection. It was dirty and although supposed to have free internet connection, it would not allow me to connect to the network. When I complained I was told no one else had complained, that I could come to the lobby and use the internet there.

They had a waffle maker at the continental breakfast which was the only good thing. Dirty, maintenance issues, staff not helpful. The hotel was unacceptable. The sign from the old hotel that was bought out was sitting in the middle of the parking lot. The bathtub did not drain and all of the dirt and yuck that had been building up in the drain backed up into the bathtub. We called the front desk and she said they could do nothing about it. They did not have a maintenance person. Our sink was also messed up and sprayed water everywhere. I had to give my toddler a bath on the counter after working a craft show all day because the bathtub was so unsanitary. We tried to get ice for my son's milk to stay cold overnight and the ice machines were broken.

The breakfast area was clean and tidy. Our room was very noisy with traffic from the street. My family stayed here for a weekend during the annual country antiques show. The hotel staff was very courteous and helpful. The hotel facilities, however, were fairly run down and unclean. Our rooms were basic with everything in working order, but were very noisy from street traffic. I would recommend this hotel as just adequate.

Very nice young man at the front desk. Uncomfortable bed, dirty hallway. I thought it was overpriced. Adjacent to busy street and noise protection not good.

Not much to tell. I think it was overpriced for what accommodations it provided. It was okay, but would look into another hotel if I stay in Brenham again.

Friendliness of staff. Room cleanliness. The room was basically clean. Needed more thorough dusting. Bathroom was clean. Hallway was not clean. Hotel needs some cosmetic upgrade. Vending machines don't all work. Lost money. Automated wakeup call did not work. The staff was really nice.
