Nothing. Horrible, terrible, worst experience ever. I never did stay in the hotel. I was told that the confirmation letter that I showed them was not valid. They wanted me to pay them for the rooms. The person who dealt with us was very rude and even said that he wouldn't give any rooms for any reason.

Do not stay here! It was dirty. The sheets were dirty. There was a line of dirt along the floor around the bed and walls etc. It felt like we were in a movie. We only stayed one night out of the two nights that we pre-paid for. We had to go to another motel.

The Hotel was average but most of the electical plugs didn't work. So much so that everything electrical was on one extention coard. Also my wife had 4 flee bites after checking out the next day.

Friendly staff. No non-smoking rooms wereavailable. Good location. One story, so no people upstairs to disturb you.

Checked in at 11 pm after making online reservation. Full House. Bathroom was filthy, toilet not working properly. Complained to management in morning. Was told to call manager directly later in day. Not available when I called back. Was told since it was an online transaction, there was nothing clerk could do. Complained to corp. office, still no response from manager. Credit card company was told since I used the facility there would be no refund or adjust. Room was ok, Housekeeping terrible and management terrible. Suggest you find somewhere else to stay !!!!!!!!

We had many problems with the facility but the people working were very polite, friendly and tried hard. There was no light in the vanity (turns out a fuse was out), the hair dryer did not work (never did) and the lights by the bed did not work because they were not plugged in. We got in late, so just gave up and went to bed. The next morningn tried to call desk manager. Many rings but no answer. Figured out that microwave, fridge, hair dryer and vanity lights all did not work - so looked for a fuse. Found and reset but hair dryer still did not work. Called office and someone answered. I had to go to the office to get the hair dryer, they would not bring it to me. I went to the office, the manager could not find a hair dryer so gave me a key to another room to dry my hair. Unfortunately I messed up the room number and kept trying to get into someone else's room (not empty!). Finally got number correct and used empty room to dry hair. The next morning (Thursday) we got up to shower and found out that we did not have any towels. They had cleaned the room but not left any towels. Again, I had to go to the office to get the towels. Later the day, someone finally come over and move the beds and plugged in the lamps. Truthfully, this is one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in and it was also the scariest. There was a hole in the ceiling that was plugged with kleenex, the box springs looked like the came from a dump and all the rooms allowed smoking. One night I kept hearing a strange clinking and finally a breaking noise. The next morning I went outside and the room next to me had a broken beer bottle outside the room. We left my daughter's phone charger there. We called and house keeping found it and we asked that it be mailed backed to us. It never was. We took our daughter back to Fresno three weeks later and stayed at a much nicer hotel. I will never stay at this hotel again nor recommend it to anyone!

Convenience wise it was great - just 3 blocks from where I was doing business. The room was clean, and it had a refrigerator. Ideal for business travelers.

"The staff was helpful, even delivered extra towels to our room. When we arrived there was a woman asleep (?) in her car, then therewas a man in the car with her, then he was gone and she was crying on her phone. The staff apparently was not aware they were in the parking lot. I don't even know if they were staying in the hotel. Eventually the car was gone. The door frame around our door was damaged... like the damage from being kicked in and even pulled away from the wall. "

the location of this hotel was the only good thing about it, its evident that repairs have been made to the room and an attepmt had been made to maintain it, but it missed the mark the room smelled moldy and not fresh, the staff was freindly, we did not used any of the other ammenities.

The hotel staff was extremely helpful. The room was very neat and orderly. The bathroom didn't smell great, but I think it has to do with the plumbing, not that it wasn't cleaned. Breakfast ends at 9am, so I never got to try it. Walls are a bit thin, so you can hear your neighbors bustling and leaving. The staff was extremely helpful and nice. The room was clean and orderly. Nice touches are the fridge, microwave, hair dryer, and iron/board. No overall complaints. My stay was pleasant. I was given a nice safe room near the back of the complex, which I appreciated as a woman.

The Econolodge on Blackstone in northern Fresno is tidy, comfortable, and convenient to major highways. I like the bathroom being separate from the vanity area, the table with chairs, and lighting on both sides of the bed. Our room was far enough off the road that we weren't bothered by traffic. That could be a problem for some units closer in.

Generally a decent overnight stop; about what I expected. The road noise could be heard but heater fan dimmed it out.

We arrrived at the motel in early evening and were dissapointed with the external appearance, but the room was clean and comfortable. We were very impressed as our stay continued. We found the staff friendly and the room was kept clean by the housekeeping staff who were also responsive to our reguest for more towels etc. We would definately stay there again and recommend it to others. As we grew to know the area we found that we were very conviently located for the purpose of our visit.

Good location,nice pool and very clean. Air conditioner did not work and complaints about it were not addressed. The motel was great except for theAC which blew hot air. whenI complainedI was told the bed was too close to it, but there was no way to move the bed. So we spent the weekend very hot and sticky.

Fastest, easiest check-in I've ever experienced; friendly staff. Comfortable, clean, inviting room; small and simple, but just right for a stopover. Free internet access a plus. Close to easy on/off highway; 1/2 block to 2 gas stations. Good restaurants nearby. I would definitely stay here again.
