We were greeted with a very friendly desk clerk. There was an item that we had forgotten(corkscrew) and really needed. She wasn't sure whether they had one or not, but she didn't stop looking until she found one for us. We really appreciated that. This is the 2nd year we stayed there and will return again.

The facility was average. However the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel was a little dated and dumpy. It was well with the price we paid for the room. Everything was clean and comfortable. The staff is what made the stay so pleasant. I would definitely recommend this place if you want to keep the price of your stay to a minimum. It was no Ritz Carlton but is was great for what we needed it for.

Safe rural area, close to jam's river. Second floor room. We have been staying at this hotel for years when we go up to fish in the jam's river. It is convenient, in a rural area, quiet, good parking for truck and boat and even has a fish scaling station in back.

The hotel staff was helpful and friendly. The room was dirty and the continental breakfast had very little food.
