The hotel was near the airport, but no flights took off after 9:00 pm. Continental Breakfast wa average. Staff was very pleasant and helpful.

The staff was wonderful, very friendly and fantastic. Bathroom was small. Pool was excellent if you have small kids. Staff has been very friendly and have gone beyond their duty to be as helpful as possible.

We found this hotel clean and well maintained...Even though its a budget hotel it seems to have everything a pricier hotel would have... I would say it offers good value for the money...

This hotel is very dirty, when you walk in it smells like smoke. The overall hotel is not clean even the bathroom are terrible. I would never recommend this hotel. We got a hotel the second night that was much better for the same amount of money

The rooms are very small. There was very little room for 2 adults and a school age child. The bathroom was also very small. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone with a young family. Otherwise, the hotel was great, service was top notch, room was clean, breakfast was great and pool was well maintained. Hotel is in a prime location near shopping and the airport.

Great price. If you are looking for a clean, convenient location for a reasonable price; this is it. The contenental breakfast was as expected based on the price.

For a budget hotel, the establishment was very nice. My room was just a basic roo, but it was clean and did not smell of smoke (like someone else complained about). The staff was always very friendly and helpful even at odd hours of the night. Also, I had no problems with the free high speed internet. I have now stayed here twice with no complaints.

room reaked of smoke, fleas, slow elevator, rips in carpet (from pet?) breakfast had no fruit only junk food mostly, high sugar carb stuff.need choices of some fruit..

I was in town visiting family. Stayed three nights. Very noisy on the weekend with doors banging--guests active/kids running through halls at night. Public areas needing work/cleaning. Vending area on one floor only. Okay for a quick night passing through, but other than that, I would not stay again. Fairly inexpensive room and I got what (?) I paid for.

Very clean, friendly and center location. I liked all. Very helpful employees.

The hotel was clean and quiet. We were looking for a cheap place to stay that didn't look cheap and we found it. Would definitely reccommend.

I like this hotel because it is reasonably priced, clean and the people who work on the desk are most pleasant. Also a shuttle is provided to the airport free of charge. I had to have a shuttle at 4:45 AM and it was ready and waiting!!

Convenient to airport. Said it was a non-smoking room but it wasn't. Said it was a non-smoking room and it wasn't. When I got home, my clothes and hair reeked of smoke!

Front desk clerks were very unprofessional and unhelping, acted like they did not want to be there. Too busy with cell phones and boyfriends.

Good price value for the room and location. The room is clean and quiet. CLose to the shopping area.

My husband and three children went to Bangor on a family fun shopping trip. Well it was no fun at all. Our beds were hard as rocks, but that is not the bad part. Some other guest had a barking dog ALL NIGHT LONG. Not to mention our television flicked on and off all night long.

TV did not work - was a known problem to the staff. Check-in staff did not turn on the phone until after I had tried to call several times & couldn't get an outside line.

"We just stayed overnight on our way to Canada. Great location, just off the freeway. Nice clean room & comfortable bed. Easy for pets. Would recommend."
