Nothing. The restroom was not clean. The restroom was not clean. There was no iron box. I need to go to the reception and get one from the hotel staff.

Affordable hotel to spend the night in when visiting people at Arizona State University or for baseball or anything nearby in general. Nice and clean rooms with decent breakfast, wireless internet was definitely a plus. Downside is that there is only 1, mexican restaurant nearby, or else they are like a mile away. Friendly and hardworking people who ensure that you have a comfortable stay. Ideal for parents like us visiting ASU.

The room was tolerable, but definitely in need of attention. Windows were cracked; vent covers missing and seriously old furniture. And the room was the best part of this property! The exterior of the hotel is in need of maintenance and fresh paint. The neighborhood is extremely undesirable to say the least. The vacant lot across the street, that ALL the rooms face, had been used as a dumping ground for broken cars, garbage and old mattresses. The lot next door is occupied by a caravan of dilapidated travel trailers. Several blocks in all directions contain a mix of trailer parks, abandoned buildings and vacant lots. We will never stay here or recommend this property to anyone.

It had a bed and small refrigerator. Dirty, appear to rent by the hour, needed repairs. 1st room had a non working phone and no clock, 2 TV's but only 1 worked; some of the bathroom linens looked used; stains on bedding. Moved us (business traveler with spouse) to another room next day, a little cleaner, manager brought dog in with him, left fur behind (adore pets, but not for this trip), paint and plaster all over bathroom.

Tempe, AZ is a great winter vacation spot, so I decided to take my family here this year. Me, wife and the son were quite pleasant with the stay overall in Tempe as well as this hotel. A huge variety of amenities for the price paid for the room. Nice and clean rooms equipped with the basic day to day life necessities. Wake up in the morning and take a nice hot shower with good pressure unlike a lots of hotels. The staff is very friendly and always wanting to help you, I chose this place to stay and was worried because of a few bad reviews but i think what they look for is luxury for the price of economy class. When asked the FD Clerk about bad reputation online, he mentioned that its a new management form a year ago and rennovated 6 mo. ago. The Internet was a plus with the pool. Tip: Few things i found to be better then other places that i have been to was a very nice breakfast, service, room condition and certainly the . Agreed that the area around is old but after the stay my concerns about the safety went away. YOU CANNOT JUDGE A PLACE BY ITS OUTLOOK. Good luck with your stay!!

Location was decent. The hotel manager was unfriendly and very dirty. The hotel manager was unfriendly. There was nothing clean about this hotel. From the shower, which had the shower curtain sticking to itself, to the manager, who had literally bits of food stuck to his shirt. Overall very dirty! Every bit of it! The smell of the office was horrible. Overall I would never ever go to this hotel again.

Need i say more, this hotel is perfect for me and my family. We have a son attending ASU and we visit here 2-3 times a year and this was a great choice we made for and service. Very nice staff and always up for your service.

Dirty, TV bad, no fresh towels, didn't clean the room. I would not stay here again. They did not clean the room, the TV was so bad, it was very dark and they wouldn't allow me to change rooms, the linen smelled, the pillows were hard.

The room I was assigned smelled like industrial cleaning products, the door looked as if it had been pried open one too many times. The term ""run down"" doesn't cover it. It's a dump.

The room was very clean and the towels were surprisingly soft. The location of the hotel.

What can i say about this hotel, great service, very fiendly staff and nice accomondations. The room was nice and clean, continental breakfast was awesome, guest laundry was a plus. the room comfort was worth it for the price paid.

Was the only hotel close to MCC. Didn't want to travel 10 miles. Was a dive.TV channels were fuzzy w/only sound. Pool not lighted, inside brick wall, Couldn't understand owners language. It was in a bad location, where people were standing on the corners at night. My son had to swim in a dark, unlighted pool. No alarm clock in room, lamp in room had no light bulbs, AC was too cold! Was scared to go out at night and felt I had to lock my car, that was in front of my room.

The price was fairly well but the quality was a bit tacky. Had windows breaking and alarms going off in middle of night.

"This hotel was dirty and falling apart. Our door wouldn't open so the clerk took off the window screen, opened the window and sent my son in to open the door. The breakfast consisted of 1 danish, milk, orange juice and cereal that was sitting out and not covered. The coffee pot was dirty and old. The tolit had a piece of plastic over the tank and the furniture looked like it came from a yard sale. I would never stay at this hotel again. "

Cost. The dog that was constantly sniffing. The amenities are suspect, the cleanliness is insecurity, and the managements inability to manage their pet is problematic to anyone who dislikes dog. The staff that spoke English was polite and accommodating, but the language barrier was a distraction.

"The staff is very friendly, great accomondations, nice breakfast, neat and clean rooms!! Well maintained"

There was plenty of parking. No power in certain outlets andbroken eletrical outlet covers. The cable was really fuzzy and not coming in clear. The free wireless internet had very low signal and was useless.

It was an OK hotel but it kinda had a weird smell other than that it was fine. Probably just the weird smell and the shower water pressure was hard.
