Wow!!! I couldn't believe I got a dirty hotel room. I thought I was in the wrong room since the beds were undone. I changed rooms and they gave me a room with one bed. Then I changed again and had no refrigerator. So they brought up a beat up tiny fridge. Next, the room smelled awful. Like it had been converted to a smoke-free room. Then, I changed rooms again and it was much better. When I stepped out of my hotel room for a snack, there was a huge roach in the hall. Plus there was only two ice machines on two floors in a 16 floor building.

They had smoking rooms available. It wasn't dirty, but it could use some fixing up. Check-in and check-out was pretty fast. It's pretty close to I-76. It's a bit dated, and could certainly use some updating and fixing up of amenities, but not a bad place at all.

Location. Air conditioner did not work. Although it was bought to the staff's attention that the air was not working, it was never fixed. I stayed at the hotel for two nights, plenty of time to fix the problem. The manager of the hotel has not yet been it contact with me as requested to address this issue.

Elevators were very slow.

Relatively close to Citizens Bank Ballpark. Nothing in the room worked:shower, TV, etc. Stay at this hotel only if you have no other option. There was no cold water in the shower, the TV didn't work, the linens were full of burn marks and there was no clock/radio in the room. So if you like problem free check-in, a TV that works and hot water for your shower, then this isn't the place for you to stay.

Staff was helpful, AC worked well, many TV channels. Only hot water from the tap! Poor breakfast, and slow internet connection. Staff was helpful, AC worked well, and many TV channels. Only hot water from the tap! Poor breakfast, slow internet connection.

Nothing. Filthy rooms, rude staff, lounge closed, terrible check in, and overbooked rooms. Room had someones dirty clothes thrown all over the room and was filthy. Made them give us another room and it was still filthy, but empty at least. Was told, when we called, that they had a lounge/bar on the premises, got there and found out their liquor license was suspended for underage serving, and lounge was closed. Staff was very rude to our group and the several other irate customers trying to check in at the same time. We will never stay there again.

It was cheap. The staff. We got there and there were 4 guys in the room (for sports) and I had asked for a roll-away bed a week before. When we got there and I called down for a bed they didn't have any and the night staff didn't do anything. Also I asked for towels since there was only two. We never got them! Towels how hard is that. So I had to sleep on the box spring for the night. This hotel is only good for a one night stay for business only nothing else.

Convenient and fairly priced. I have stayed at other econo lodges and this one by far was the best for the amount of money we spent on the stay.

The room was very large. The TV remote was broken and there was an old hat left in the room. The hotel was adequate for what I needed, a cheap place near Philadelphia for one night. There was plenty of parking. The lobby was old, but not in a good, vintage way. The room size was excellent. There was sufficient closet space, bathroom space, living space, etc. However, the television remote was broken and when I went to plug my computer into an outlet behind a nightstand, I discovered a dirty ski cap. Also, there were questionable stains on the bed sheets. It made me both uncomfortable and uneasy.

Room was spacey, with nice bed. Staff at restaurant was very friendly. Front desk staff and bar staffwasvery friendly and made us feel welcome. Room had no clock radio or hair dryer like said would be there.

Nothing. No alarm clock, no remote for TV, rooms felt unclean. This was a very unwelcoming place. When called for directions I was put on hold for ten minutes. Rooms were missing items such as an alarm clock, remote for the TV, hairdryer. I would not recommend this place for people staying more than a day.

I loved the location. it was convenient to the attractions I was interested in. My room was not as clean as it could've been. Great location at an affordable cost. I would recommend this to anyone for a short stay (that is, after a concert, sporting event, etc).
