Very nice and clean for the price.

Great hotel staff and surprisingly quiet accommodations. I was stuck with a smoking room and the smell permeated my clothes. I was pleasantly surprised on the quality of service and especially enjoyed a leisurely breakfast that offered a nice variety of options.

This was a great motel with nice clean rooms and quite place. The jacuzzi rooms were excellent. I loved the soft fluffy towels. They have made some major improvements to this place since i last stayed here a year ago......recommend this place for everyone to try!!

When we woke up the first morning all 6 rooms realized there were roaches everywhere. Front desk had billed my credit card for 5 nights and would not give us a refund.

Attended the Master Golf Tournament, Aiken was a good place to stay, close, but not busy. Hotel was close convenient to get in and out, clean and friendly staff. The breakfast was nothing to brag about.

The rooms were infested with roaches. My company sent 12 contractors to Aiken on business. When they woke up they realized the rooms were infested with roaches. Front desk staff had already billed card for entire stay so they could not move to another hotel Staff was rude and did not care.

hotel was very clean, friendly staff. only problem i had was that people were constantly walking up and down walk way knocking on room door numerous times throughout the night. next morning people standing directly in front of my door talking on cell phone. this was not hotels falt but there needs to be some sort of privacy pact or note when signing in.

Hotel was convenient to our location and clean. There was a very strong smell (cleaner or air freshener). Hotel met our expectations--clean room, friendly staff, convenient location. Very accessible for the Masters golf tournament in Augusta. Our only complaint would be that there was a very strong "fragrance" from a cleaner or air freshener that caused us to have to keep the door open for a while to "air it out."

NASTY!!! Reserved here for a nice relaxing weekend at the pool with my girls. NOT! This motel advertises a heated indoor pool. Well, it is cold as ice. No heat what so ever and slime bubbles on top of water. No swimming for the family. We also opened the refrigerator to put our drinks inside and there lay a large cockroach on his back.... Two towels for four people in the room. Every time we needed showers and ask for more towels they didn't have any. Front Desk always said "Will bring you some in 5 mins." Right!!! Never saw them. As for the continental breakfast! Cold Biscuits in a warmer, A small crockpot "on off" labeled gravy and nothing in it... Had to ask for milk for cereal they had a gallon containing about 1/4 cup milk and would have to send someone to buy another gallon. Cream Cheese for bagels was spoiled. 3 danishes available at 8:00 am and breakfast served until 10. Somehow food and lettuce got dumped on steps and had rotted there and was covered in ants and stunk......This was the steps to our room on second floor. When we approached front desk with any problems we got an "Oh Well, you allready paid in full attitude." We Ask for upgraded room to Jacuzzi room for the kids since pool not usable and was told No, you have already checked in your room.. We had went straight to the room and put on our swim suits went to pool and then to office. Maybe had been there 30 mins. This place is the nastiest place i have ever stayed. Do not give them your money...

Located just outside of downtown, close to the mall. The rooms are quiet. Pool area looked sparkling clean. The remote for the TV was replaced after a call to the front desk. We enjoyed watching movies while enjoying the in-room jacuzzi. Nice breakfast The only thing they can improve, is perhaps the quality of the blanket. The bed itself was nice and firm. Nice hotel for a nice price.

We were attending the Masters Tournament, so our needs were limited, since we were there such a small amount of time. Our first day at the continental breakfast we encountered a very abrupt employee that was cleaning the area. The desk clerk came out to calm the situation. Never saw her again the rest of our stay! There were alot of dining options close to the motel and we found Aiken to be a nice getaway from the crowds in Augusta.

Price & stores were close. The room had several holes in the walls. One electrical outlet was full with extension cords. It was ok for the price, but could have been cleaner. The continental breakfast wasn't that good at all.

Overall, the Econo Lodge Aiken was located in a quiet and comfortable setting. The atmosphere was clean and reserved. Some maintenance issuses came about when I found that the bathroom door did not shut completely and the light by the bed did not work.

Close to hospital. Toilet was broke, holes in the walls, and hairdryer broke. I expected it to be cleaner and nicer but it was not.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room in need of repair, cord for heater air condition in a dangerous condition. Room needs work; peeling paint on bathroom ceiling, heater/air condition cord exposed and dangerous where plugged in, and light in bathroom sometimes did not work.
