This Eastbourne hotel is ideally located near the sea as well as the city. The theater district is only a short walk from the Ebor Lodge while the promenade is near the hotel property as well. Other nearby attractions includes Sovereign Harbour Marina and a range of different shops and restaurants. Fort Fun as well as Treasure Island are located nearby as well and are popular with younger visitors. Complimentary on-street parking is offered near the guesthouse for the use of guests with cars. Public transportation is offered in the area near the Ebor Lodge.

What are your breakfast options?: Breakfast is included in the price. This includes fruit juice, grapefruit and prunes, full English breakfast or vegetarian, toast and marmalade. It is served between 8:45am and 9:15am but can be earlier if arranged beforehand.
What transport is available to get around?: There are buses. Two streets back is the main bus route into and out of town. Trains go directly to Gatwick and London Victoria every 30 minutes or so.
What can I do nearby?: There are several theatres, cinemas, nightclubs and restaurants within walking distance. During the summer, we have an open air band stand that does tribute bands and band concerts.
Do you have internet?: Internet is available for free but sometimes does not reach the top floor if weather conditions are bad but we have a guest lounge where you can sit in and access it.
Do you provide parking?: We have parking spaces and there is no charge for this.
