This welcoming apartment complex is located in the tourist resort of Playa de'n Bossa and only around 300 m from the nearest sandy beach. Shops, boutiques, bars and restaurants are to be found in the vicinity. The nightclub, Space, and the Acuatico Aguamar Park are only a 20-minute walk away. The nearest public transport stop is around 150 m from the hotel.

The modern apartment complex comprises a total of 82 apartments spread over 3 floors. Guests may make use of the 24-hour reception desk, a cloakroom and currency exchange counter.
