Not the Greatest Hotel, but Nice LocationThis hotel was not so great. The rooms were really hot, it was hard to get up the stair with a suitcase. The rooms were very close together and the walls were rather thin. There aren't bathrooms in each room. However, the location was excellent. Less than 10 minutes from Buckingham Palace; plenty to eat in that area, and right near the Victoria Station.

A different experienceThe hotel was in a great location just 5 mins away from the bus station victoria staff were friendly when we got there and room was ready. when we got to our room we had 6 beds lol 5 actual bed one was a double its was only me and my partner so it was abit odd but none the less the room was clean although in the basement no t.v but there was a kettle and tea and coffee but for £35 it was a basic clean hotel and there was no problems

Avoid this hotelI booked a single ensuite room but there was none available - so my only choice was a box room with a soft bed or a double room with broken windows and no hot water. I chose the latter because I had no alternative

Beyond my expectationsConsidering the price paid it's a very modest, but conveniently located 'hostel' type accomodation. If you are looking for somewhere to lay your head for the night or two, I can recommend this place. At the end of the day, you only get what you are ready to pay for.

Just because it's a last minute booking...Yes, it was cheap and available at a last minute but I would propose not to rent out the kind of "room" that I got. It was a closet with a window, in the basement next to the heating system. Broken bed springs, filthy carpet and a backyard outside where people where passing by and a dog urinated every evening...

After booking a hotel so I didn't have to travel back to Kent after a awards ceremony in Central London, I was only hoping for somewhere I could sleep for a few hours.However, I didn't even get that! After going to sleep at 1pm, I was woken up at 3pm by a random strangers arm coming in through the window and tapping me on the shoulder!! Admittedly I cannot hold the hotel at fault for random intruders coming into my room, the easy-to-open window and the proximity to the busy street (i.e. arms-length!) is. The wafer-thin walls also meant that people in the room above kept me awake with their mid-morning signing!For £40, I think I could have had a better night sleep if I just kipped in the office. However, if you're desperate for somewhere to stay when in London, it's warm and pretty clean. Plus the shower worked, which is a bonus!

We got a twin room for £25 which was amazing considering the upmarket and central location. Ok, the hotel isn't upmarket and the room (ours in particular was located in the basement) was far from plush but the sheets were clean we had tea and coffee facilities and a wash basin. A good base for a night out I would say but I would not recommend for a romantic getaway. They could do with a revamp of the carpets and decor but great value for money overall!

Impressions of Belgravia RoomsBooking in -- no fuss --efficientRoom was Elegantly frugal.Beds were very comfortable and clean and linen fresh.Tea Coffee making facilities --adequate.Bathroom adequate.Would have appreciated an occasional table or two to accommodate cups and saucers etcElectrics verging on the \"Heath Robinson\" but functualThe booking served its purpose-- Ie close to Victoria Coach Station. Chelsea Flower Show and Victoria Theatre ( Billy Elliot much enjoyed )A plentiful variety of cafes and bars etc nearby.The booking well served our purpose and I would certainly repeat the experience.

Small but good enoughI normally try to stay at this place when I go to London for a night. It's one of the most cheapest rooms and most certainly the best value for money you can get if your only in London for a place to sleep. Stayed in 3 different rooms there, and always quite pleased in the morning, although the baths were a bit grubby in one of the en-suite rooms when we were three friends staying over. I would recommend this to most travelers on a budget.

Cheap, but not awfulBed was reasonably comfortable, sheets were clean. Shower worked better than I thought it might, though it wasn't ensuite, as it was down the corridor, which also doubled up as the fire exit. Slept ok, but unfortunately we had a family in the room above us who obviously were not sure about the safety of the floor, so kept testing it out by repeatedly jumping up and down on it-from 6am onwards. Lovely children. There were 3 mouse traps in our room, and another in the corridor just outside the room, so if you don't like mice, I wouldn't recommend this hotel. Overall, this is a very cheap hotel, and the standard was probably better than I expected. So if you want somewhere reasonably clean, and also cheap, in a good central location near victoria station, this could be it.

Help, let me out!Well, £25, what did I really expect, clean bedding, other noisy guests, paper thin walls, yes; toilet three floors up, windowless basement room, peeling dirty wallpaper, room size 9ft x 4ft, rodent trap on floor, electric junction boxes in room. All the other rooms are probably great but No17 is really just a cupboard-with a bed.

belgravia rooms serviceexcelent location and excellent clean accommodation in an lovely building... i have been coming to london for the last 4 years and always stayin in this area and this was far the best standard of accomodation

Great value for moneyThe sheets were clean and there were 3 beds and a sink in the room. There was no shower (that we could find) but for the price, it's not surprising. If you are just looking for a bed for a night or two it is perfect! Especially for University students on a budget. It is close to Victoria station so there are lots of busses to take you home at all hours of the night. Fresh towels in the morning and hot water kettle with tea and instant coffee in the room.

Absolutely gross. And they charge you extra for paying on a debit card. And the wi-fi connection is really slow. Don't bother - this place is an armpit of a hotel.

Ok if you're on a booze cruiseIf all you're bothered about is somewhere to kip after a few bevvies then this place is fine. The rooms aren't terribly well soundproofed if you know what I mean. Not much use if you're a business traveller
