Not so GoodI thought by paying GBP30 I am driving a bargain. the room did not have window. At 5AM in the morning someone broke the glass and pressed fire alarm. Fire alarm went off and everyone was out on the street. It tunred out that some one wanted to check out at 5AM in the morning and there was no one at reception so he pressed Fire alarm button to wake everyone up. Oh my god!!!!

I found the cleaniness was brilliant. I couldnt find a fault. The room was small though it was cosy and convienent. For the money, I thought it was excellent, £30 isnt that much compared to other hotels but this was more than just standard :)I didnt try the food as there wasnt much to choose from.

Just the jobA modern hotel, finished to good standards TAKE CARE late rooms only books rooms without windows, if you need a window then book at the easy hotel website driect. The room was basic - just a bed, but it was clean and comfortable. Towels provided in room. 3 plug sockets for charging phones/laptop etc. TV free to use as alarm clock otherwise chargeable even for basic channels or radio. Hotel staff were excellent and provided superb service. A taxi to the airport was booked at the set rate of £5.50 no matter when you travel. Room temperature changed by reception = no problem. Do not book a £25 or £30 room and expect the same facilities as a major chain. You get what you pay for. And what I got was good. Just the job for a nights rest before an early morning flight. Oh and the coffee machine provided good coffee - for a quid!

Basic AccommodationVery, very basic accommodation. I would never stay more than 1 night.

I was very surprised to enter the room and discover that there were no bedside tables or drawers of any kind to be seen. I was particuarly disappointed that there was no wardrobe to hang my suit in. The room also had no window and no complementary tea and coffee facilities that I would consider as being something all hotel rooms should have. Finally I did not have a very restful night at all as most of the night there was a loud whiring noise which i assume came from other guests drains or something, but it meant that I did not sleep well at all!

staffwe had to wait for half an hour before a member of staff eventually turned up to check us in, 15 minutes waiting outside the hotel to be buzzed in (which was by a fellow customer coming out) and 15 minutes in the reception. The member of staff did then not even apologize for the wait. Also, every time we went out of the hotel or came back in, there was never a member staff around to be seen. The room was literally tiny and there was no window which made it unbearably stuffy and claustrophobic.

Simple, hassle free, value accomodationThe title says it all really - an Easy transaction - a company that lives by its brand and provides the service that you expect from a hotel room - a clean bed, bathroom and central location to access other places. If you want a spa don't stay here - if you are looking for a budget base and a place to get your head down without fear of bugs - do.

Orange, very orange! You get what you pay for has never been truer. It was clean, compact, claustrophobic, convenient and cheap. Other than the comfortable double bed there was no other furniture in the room but a flat screen TV. No table to work on and no where to store your clothes. You will have to live out of your suitcase litterally and put everything on the floor! This room had no window and only three 3 inch roof mounted nozzles, two of which brought air in and one that took air out. On the first day the room was like a sauna and you needed to stand under the nozzles to get cool. On the second day it was like a fridge and you had to stand under the noozles to get warm! There is no daily room clean (unless you pay for it) so no dry towels on day two. Then there is the colour scheme. Orange, orange, white, and orange. The wall behind the bed and the shower pod door and floor are in Easy Orange. The sink is orange. The wall paper has an orange patern. It has a single roof light in the bedroom and a complicated light switch/dimmer. If you want to watch the TV there is a daily £5 charge to enable the remote control. Good location for parking and food. However I will not be staying there again.

Does exactly what it says on the tin!The easyhotel is a very clean hotel that is located conviniantly close to both Luton airport and train station. My return flight landed at 0030hrs and we needed somewhere to sleep untill the trains started running again, for the price it is the best place for the job.i will stay there again if a simular situation arrises.

Smoke-filled window-less room - awful! The entire hotel has no opening windows - so it is very caustraphobic. The room was hot and stuffy and the only ventilation were several holes in the ceiling that kept blowing in air stinking of cigarette smoke - so its obviously recycled. The whole night it felt like i was sleeping in an sufforcating cupboard... The girl on reception was lovely and loaned us her fan - so tops for friendliness and empathy ... but seriously pay a bit extra and stay somewhere else!!!

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in!This was by far the worst hotel Ive ever stayed in!!!! The rooms are cabins with no windows, the whole hotel had no towels - not even one towel in the whole hotel. The rooms were claustrophobically small and either too hot or too cold. I will never stay with easyhotels again simply because the rooms weren't fit for humans to live in!!!

Never AgainThe room I was assigned did not have a window. The room had only a bed and two hooks on which to hang garments. There was no table or chair, no tea/coffee making facilities. I expected the hotel to be fairly basic, but this was disappointing and disgraceful. I checked out of the hotel within an hour of checking in and found myself another hotel. I think your website needs to give a more accurate description of just how basic this Easyhotel is in reality. I was in no way prepared for what I found. An ill spent £98.00.

A glorified cupboardOK, it's good value for money. But the room was a glorified cupboard with poor customer service - my room had no towels and the customer service rep had vanished when I went to investigate - it's sometimes worth paying a little more for a decent experience.

We were looking for a budget room to spend the night as we were taking the early morning flight from Luton and this hotel fit the bill. Rooms were tiny with no storage space but were clean and comfy. Best to go with no expectations other than basic. However there was a bit of noise with people moving in the corridors and people checking in late night etc that kept me awake from time to time. Important to note is the cab that the hotel has a deal with...they didn't come on time and so we missed our flight and the hotel claims no responsibility though they recommended it and the taxi overcharged us by double in spite of the hotel and them having a special deal of 4.50 pounds to the airport. So please beware of this deal if you choose this option.

No Clean rooms available and my door wouln not lockAbsolutely disgusted by my experience with this hotel company. I will never book with Easyhotel again and recommend no one else does either. How can a hotel have a booking but knowingly not prepare to have a clean room available? I was offered either a dırty room whıch had not been cleaned since the previous guest had left, or a room wıth a door which wouldn,t lock. The staff apologısed for not having a clean room but it really was disgusting!

Don't stay here IF you want a good night's sleepI can't fault the hotel, but, unless I was unbelievably unlucky, the hotel is used by people looking to be close to Luton Airport for early morning flights so expect to be woken EARLY!
