The Eastland Park Hotel, located in downtown Portland, is four miles from Portland Jetport. The hotel is within walking distance of Old Port, fine shopping, galleries, theaters, and the Portland Civic Center.

Hotel amenities include Top of the East (rooftop lounge overlooking Casco Bay and Mount Washington), 157 Restaurant , fitness center, business center, 24-hour room service, and express check in/out.

Parking is available next door at the Gateway Garage at a reduced rate of $19 per 24 hour period for hotel guests including in/out privileges. What are your breakfast options?: We offer breakfast at our 157 Café that starts at 7:00 am until 10:00 am. Breakfast will vary but it would be around $9.00 per person. There are also several coffee shops within a few blocks.
What traveller type is most suited?: With a downtown location, we appeal to all types of groups. Currently, we have a corporate group in, many family members visiting for Holidays and a wedding this weekend as well as a training seminar for local businesses.
What transport is available to get around?: We have a shuttle for in-town Portland travels.
What can I do nearby?: Eastland Park Hotel is right in downtown Portland. The Museum of Art is across the street as is the State Theater and Portland Stage. We are located in the shopping and arts district and about a 10 minute walk from the Old Port area. Portland is known for its unique locally owned shops, of which there are nearly a hundred within just a few blocks. Whatever is your entertainment vice, Portland has a venue for you within walking distance of our hotel.
Do you have internet?: The entire hotel has free Wi-Fi. Just ask the front desk for the log in information. Each room is wired as well.
Do you provide parking?: There is an adjacent parking lot to the hotel, Gateway Garage. While the Hotel does not own this garage, we are able to offer valet and overnight parking at a discounted rate.
