Location Description:

The Eastern Inn is conveniently located at the beginning of Cape Cod, just minutes from the Cape's many points of interest. We're near the scenic Cape Cod Canal and clean, sheltered Buzzards Bay where summer salt water temperatures average an inviting 72 degrees. An exciting time awaits the entire family. An easy 5 minute drive to Bay Point Country Club. Less than 1/2 hour drive to the Woods Hole ferry to Martha's Vineyard or Nantucket. Historic Plymouth and Plymouth Rock is a short 20 minute drive away. Bus service to Boston and Foxwood Casino. One hour drive to Boston. 67 miles to Provincetown.

There was no water in the pool and I asked the staff if they would reimburse my second night that I booked online. They were very rude and refused to budge because they already had my money. There was a sign hanging from the roof that read 50 dollars a night all week. I was duped into 103 dollars online. They claimed to have no vacancy but there were several rooms around me that did not have anyone in them. I think they reserve rooms for short stays and probably have hourly rates as well. I left after my first night because the place was so bad and the staff was so rude. I drove to Hyannis and found several nice hotels with indoor pools that actually had water in them. I would not recommend anyone to stay at this place. I'm not sure I would let my Labs stay here.

The Location was the only good thing about the Eastern in Buzzards Bay. The beds are unconfortable and the collored linens do not give you a sense of clean. It not family oriented, there is nothing to ccupy the children. The rooms are spacious and if they provide batter matresses, change the color of the blankets and cover the patio to provide some entertaining space you will definetly make people want to come back.

The motel was convenient to location where we were doing business(Exhibitors at Bourne Scallop Festival). Price was reasonable for area. There were no extras: coffee, pool, exercise room, etc.

This turned out to be an older hotel that was minimally maintained with no emenities at all
