Eagles Lodge Motel Ellsworth

We are a 2 story motel, staffed 24 hours a day with interior corridors, comfortable and spacious rooms, complimentary coffee, tea, hot chocolate, cereal, donuts and a morning newspaper to get your day going. All rooms have full Cable TV, Wi-Fi, telephone and air conditioning. Most of our rooms are equipped with microwaves and refrigerators, and our beautiful outdoor heated pool is open during the warmer summer months! We have formed a partnership with the Downeast Family YMCA, and they will provide any of our guests free use of their facilities: pool, weight room, exercise room, basketball court and any ongoing programs (ie. Aerobics and Aqua Aerobics). We are located in the heart of Downeast Maine, in Hancock County and a stone's throw from many scenic attractions, including Mount Desert Island, Acadia National Park, the Blue Hill Peninsula and Schoodic Point. There are a variety of stores and restaurants within walking distance; Birdsacre Sanctuary, a wonderful place for a walk, is across the street; the Acadia Zoo, Bar Harbor Golf Course, the Great Maine Lumberjack Show and the Ellsworth Tennis Center are near by. Entering Ellsworth from Bangor you are on Rte 1A, go straight through 4 traffic lights. The 4th is at the McDonald s, go straight, half away up the hill.. we are on the LEFT. -- Directions -- From Bangor: Exit to Downeast region on to I-395 for about 5 miles that will take you right into Rte 1A, stay on that road about 25 miles, that will bring you right into Ellsworth.
