I stayed in Dusit Thani Phuket with my wife and son. Our stay was as pleasant as it can get. The location is too good if you like natural beauty with its quite and serenity intact. Green fields with tall trees, a pond running through the garden with colorful fish. Nice private beach, beautiful lagoon, elephant tracking and much more is there for anybody to enjoy. The hotel is very good with nice rooms and very friendly staff. We enjoyed the hotel and it's facilities very much. one attraction is the free shuttle to adjacent Laguna hotels whose facilities can be enjoyed if you are staying in any of the Laguna hotel. The hotel is not recommended for people who want to see a happening place with too many restaurants, clubs and shopping as it is more like a country side. Patong is the main beach which is 30-40 minutes drive from Laguna and one way cab fare is 500 Bht approx. All in all it is a nice place to enjoy a quite and relaxing vacation.

Dusit is a very welcoming place. you really enjoy thai hospitality here. everyone always smiling. everyone will do everything you ask for, no problem for them. not inflexible like international chain hotels. wonderful location. No lies abt their location. Very near beach indeed. right at your doorstep
