Cleaning fees collected at check-in are Studio/Hotel for USD 58.54, USD 70.25 for 1 bedroom, USD 111.22 for 2 bedroom, USD 128.78 for 3 bedroom and USD 146.34 for 4 bedroom units. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 11am. The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation.
