Each of our beautiful condos offers the convenience of a home away from home with TVs, VCRs or DVD players, and fully equipped kitchens complete with refrigerator, stove and microwave. Guests also have access to all the on-site amenities Dunes has to offer including an indoor pool, outdoor pool, exercise room, and steam room. It also is conveniently located across the street from the Public Marina and Boat Launch and near the Ft. Morgan Marina & Ferry. Please note that boats, trailers, jet skis, or motor homes are not allowed on property. There will also be a cleaning fee charged upon booking. Limit 2 cars per unit. PETS NOT ALLOWED. All units are non-smoking except on the balcony if applicable. Please note that If necessary, a smoke removal fee may be charged to the guest.

From PNS (40SW): 1. Start out going SOUTHWEST on AIRPORT BLVD toward COLLEGE BLVD. 2. Veer RIGHT onto COLLEGE BLVD. 3. Turn LEFT onto N 9TH AVE/CR-289. 4. Turn RIGHT onto FL-296. 5. Stay STRAIGHT to go onto SAUFLEY FIELD RD/CR-296. 6. Turn LEFT onto N BLUE ANGEL PKWY/FL-173 S. 7. Turn RIGHT onto FL-292. Continue to follow FL-292 (Crossing into ALABAMA). 8. FL-292 becomes AL-182. 9. Turn RIGHT on GULF SHORES PKWY/AL-59. 10. End at 1585 Gulf Shores Pkwy.
