We stayed in the Dunabeach bungalows for two weeks in January 2008. We were delighted with the complex. Bungalows are a wee bit small but unless you plan to spend all day indoors, this does not take anything away from your holiday. TV is coin operated. Beds are comfortable and sheets changed twice a week. Towels changed every second day. Rooms cleaned and bins emptied 5 days a week. Lots of sunbeds and nice poolbar with good food. It is about 10 mins walk from Faro II shopping centre were you will find supermarket, lots of restaurants, bars, shops etc., Playa del Ingles is only 20 mins walk, Yumbo CC is worth a visit both during the day for eating and shopping and at night for the clubs and bars. Maspalomas beach and sanddunes are 25 mins walk in the other direction. IF you like walking this is a perfect base for a cheap and cheerful holiday. Don't forget to get the phone number of the complex and ring them and ask for a south facing bungalow to get the most of the winter sun.
