This makes the second time I have stayed in a Drury Inn. Both experiences were pleasant. The facilities are always clean, the people friendly and I like that I can bring my pets if I need to. The hot breakfast was a selling point the first time, and now it is a welcome reminder of how I will look for Drury whenever I travel. The staff was pleasant and helpful and I have felt very safe during both stays. We were all impressed by the price of our stay. The benefits of breakfast, evening snacks, friendly staff, cleanliness and feeling of safety far outway the cost of the stay.

What a beautiful hotel! I'd never have guessed it was going to be so pretty inside. The staff was very friendly. I will use this location again!

We stayed here for the Southern & Western tennis tournament which was about 15 miles away. We only paid * a night which I think is a great bargain for a hotel room these days. The room was large, very clean and had comfortable beds. Each bed had 3 pillows, each with different thicknesses to choose from. It had a flat screen tv(!), a microwave and a mini-fridge. We had leftovers from dinner one night and were able to save them in the fridge and reheat them the next day for a snack. The bathroom was also large and actually kind of luxurious with granite and marble throughout. They had nightly free cocktails and snacks (which I sadly had to miss everynight since I was at the tournament), but it sounded nice. The free breakfast was the usual cereals, fruits, yogurts, eggs, sausage, etc. Not bad. The only reason I gave dining was because there was no restaurant in the hotel, you had to go out to eat. We got back late one night and couldn't find anywhere to eat and had to order a pizza. Other then that, I would stay here again, much nicer then other mid-price hotels.

This is a very nice, new hotel,. The only problem is the location, which is close to the freeway and the main road is right out front. Late at night when going to sleep and early in the morning you will hear all of the traffic gunning their engines to make it through the lights or the semi's "jake braking" to stop at the light. If you are a light sleeper, be prepared. Breakfast was ok.

Very neat and clean. Traveled with child who very much enjoyed the indoor/outdoor pool. Nice continental breakfast. The area had plenty of local restaurants as well as 2 grocery stores if you'd like to take advantage of the microwave, and refrigerator. This is a chain I will look for in the future.

We reserved our king Suite at the Drury Inn in Middletown, Ohio three months in advance. One week before our arrival date, we were sent an email reservation confirmation for a suite with two queen beds instead of the king bed that we had reserved. I called to correct the problem and was told that the king suite was no longer available for the dates of our stay. Had I received the email confirmation immediately, I would have corrected the problem right away. But since they waited until right before our arrival date to send the confirmation, the king suite that we wanted (and had reserved) was no longer available. I was told that we could move from the queen suite to the king suite on the second night of our stay. But we would have to check out of the queen suite by 11:00 am and check back into the king suite after 3:00 pm. So the morning after our arrival we packed our bags again and checked out of our queen suite, with reassurances from the staff that the king suite was waiting for us when we were allowed to check back in at 3:00. When I arrived just a few hours later to check into the king suite that we had been promised, it was not available! No suites were available at all at that point! The management at this hotel had better get their act together regarding reservations. Every staff member we talked to at the front desk was confused about the reservation system. I understand this hotel is new, but it's not going to last long if they can't take and honor a simple reservation.

Liked the amenities (wifi, LCD TV, refrigerator, coffee maker, etc). Rooms were very clean and quiet. Unlike other hotels in the area, lots of TV channels available including local weather. Close to restaurants, Kroger, Meijer, but a bit of a trick to get to gas (Meijer is closest). First time at this property, but not the last.

Enjoyed our Stay. Staff Very Polite. Hotel very clean. Nice dining area. Decent breakfast (biscuits and gravy, sausage, juice, waffles, scrambled eggs, cereal + more) Free soda fountain until 11pm, free popcorn too (kids enjoyed this) Pool was nice (indoor/outdoor), but pool chemicals smelled a little strong. Great T.V. in the room - LCD flat screen (LG). Great value for the price. Will stay again.

Nice new hotel. Had problems with tv, maintenance came quick. Have nice LCD tvs. Had 2 room suite. Large living area with pull out sofa sleeper. Daughter said it slept decent. She had very good wireless reception on her laptop in that room. Nice bathroom and bedroom was good size with wonderful king sized bed and plasma tv. Nice closet area also. Room had not been cleaned properly. Crumbs all over bedroom floor. Refrig had not been cleaned, items left from prior quests. Trash had not been changed. Elevator was out of order. Had to take luggage up 4 floors. Other parts of the hotel seemed very nice. Had great breakfast and evening reception. Our dog was accepted very well. Great to have a good place to stay that not only allow pets, but do not charge fees. Managment took the time to come up to our room and address issues. Staff was impeccible, from front desk, management and also maintenance. We were compensated for our problems and that revealed to me that they did care. Lots of restaurants close. I would definitely return to this hotel again. Have stayed at many Drury's and will continue to patronize their corporation because of the staff I have encountered and their williness to do things right.

The front desk staff were very friendly. We were there for a family funeral and were given their condolances several times with our stay. There were a total of four rooms that were taken up by other family members that also enjoyed there stay. We stay in 3 -4 hotels per year and loved this hotel. We are planing a family reunion and planing on staying here again!!! We didn't know there was a pool and small hot tub, so we didn't bring swim suits. The pool is inside/outside. The free hot breakfast was good also. All the staff were very friendly and eager to please.
