We were only there to rest overnight from San Antonio to Columbus, OH. Check in was quick and friendly, we were given recomendations to local great dining as well as directions. Room was clean and quiet. Parking was gated and secure as we had a car loaded with college dorm items.

Beds were very comfortable. Room seemed small, small vanity area for size of room. We have always gone with the Drury Inn's but was just not as happy with this one. May not go that line the next time we travel.

One of the cleanest hotels with one of the friendliest staffs we've ever atayed at, and we travel quite a bit. Most surprising was the Daily 5:30-7:00 pm FREE Cocktail & Snack time. We would most definitely would stay here again. We will always check out the going rates for this hotel when we travel in the future.

The desk clerk who checked me in was incredibly rude and unhelpful. He made me feel I an imposition to his night because I asked to be put in the type of room I reserved. I was put in a king room and I'd reserved a Deluxe King Suite. He told me it must have been a mistake on the part of Travelocity and I was out of luck unless I wanted to pay the additional amount. Frankly, I was too tired and angry to argue with him. There were two desk clerks on that night, a young man named Jose and an older man (the rude one) who didn't have on a name tag so I couldn't get his name. Jose looked embarrassed when the older man was so rude to me, but Jose didn't seem to be able to interfere with the older "Mr. Rude" If anyone from the Drury reads this, Jose was the nice guy, but unable to interfere with what was being done and said to me. I was so angry after finally getting to the room Mr. Rude said I had to take, I didn't feel like arguing any more about it. But it ruined my stay and I will not stay there again, simply because of the way I was treated when I checked in.

The Drury Inn in Memphis is a friendly atmosphere. The evening cocktails are a nice relaxing way to end the day or to have before going out for dinner. The beds and bedding are comfortable and the breakfast was plentiful. We were just passing through Memphis and it was a welcome sight to see the sign as we exited I40. Family friendly is what I would say and a good value for the money.

I loved every part of this hotel. Great location; delicious breakfast; quiet, dark, comfortable room; friendly staff; easy to access business centre - - - everything was as near perfect as could be.

My family and I stayed at the hotel for a week and found it to be excellent. The breakfast was way more than expected and saved us from eating out every morning. The room was very clean and the housekeeping staff did a good job of keeping it clean the entire week. It was close to a few restaurants and had many more just up I-40. The only drawback to the hotel is the location athough that didn't seem to be much of a hindurance since it is located close to I-40. The neighborhood was nice so we felt very secure. It is a little more expensive that the low cost chains but when you figure in the breakfast and happy hour drinks and snacks, it isn't too much more expensive. The hotel is not in the heart of the city but seemed to be minutes from everything we wanted to do in Memphis (which was a lot). When everything was considered, I felt that it was a good value and was very impressed with the hotel. One note, do not use Mapquest or any site that uses Mapquest (including Travelocity) to find this hotel on a map because they are way off.

the hotel stay was very comfortable,check in was great and we had a very good night sleep and the beds were comfortable.the breakfast was great. the problem that i had was when maid services came to clean up the room they didn't fix the beds or put any trash liners in the trash cans. the maid service just pull the spread over on the bed and put the pillows on top of the spread and didn't straighten the sheets on the bed. the way we got out of the bed that morning was the same was the bed was except that they spreadhe spread on the bed and set the pillows on top of the spread. the remote control was sticky with something on it, the cups we used that morning wasn't changed and the stand where the tv and microwave was need to be dusted, other than that the room was comfortable and the beds were comfortable. the location of the hotel was a great location where there was a lot of eateries.

Nice, clean, friendly staff, good breakfast and evening drinks. No complaints as always when staying with Drury Inn. No complaints. We always stay at a Drury Inn when we travel if available, never had a bad experience. Would stay here again.

Free hot breakfast and free evening snacks with a 3-drink card per night to be used during snack time. Not much. Nice location. Next to several restaurants within walking distance. Nice indoor pool and hot tub. Excursive room. Very clean. High speed internet in rooms. Non smoking floor. Overall experience was wonderful. I would definitely go back and refer this hotel to anyone.

We checked out the cheepest price for a hotel however, travelocity's review list changed our minds. Our hotel was just as described, good price, safe, and clean. The free breakfast was as advertised, excellent. You won't be disappointed if you stay here. I'll Be Back!

The room was very clean, bed was very comfortable! The pool is great and we also loved the hot breakfast! We would definitely stay in this hotel again! We have never stayed in a Drury hotel we didn't like! The accommodations were clean and the beds were very comfortable! We enjoyed the large pool and hot tub and felt the hotel was a safe place to stay. They serve free snacks and drinks in the evening and a great hot breakfast with a large selection of foods to choose from! We definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and family!

My family and I stayed here when we went to Graceland. The staff was very courteous and the rooms were very clean. The breakfast was hot and good. We would definitely stay here again. It was everything I expected.

"This is out second stay at this hotel in the past few years. It is a great place to stay. The rooms are nice and clean and the staff was wonderful. They serve a hot breakfast every morning with sausage, eggs, biscuits, gravy, french toast, waffles, muffins, bagels, cereal, and many other things. Then in the afternoon we are served a snack (popcorn, nachos, chips and soft drinks or mixed drinks for adults). This feature alone saved us a fortune in dining. I highly recommend this hotel and we will certainly use this hotel in the future."

We stayed here on our way to Oklahoma and on our way back. The staff goes out of there way to accomidate you.They even made our dog feel welcome.The hotel is spotlessly clean.

"I found this Suite on the internet and notice that the Picture showed a close up of the hotel. The description was not what I expected. The staff was more than ""Just friendly."" There was even a sense of ""We are still at home type of atitude."" Thanks for the tour and yes we will tell everyone that ""Drury Suites,"" is the place to stay while in Memphis."
