We loved staying at the Drury Inn. The desk personnel Josh and John were very polite and friendly and helpful. The lady that served the breakfast was also very friendly and polite also the lady that served the drinks in the evening was very friendly. The Drury Inn is a very nice and clean place. The rooms were very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The refrigerator could have been a little colder for our cold items but that to me was a minor issue. I had never been to a Drury Inn before but I will always try to find a Drury Inn when we travel from now on. Thank you to all the personnel and owner for making such a nice place to stay.

We had an early check in time, so we arrived early and our room was ready. We put some refreshments into the fridge, but it was not cool. I called the front desk and they said they would have someone check it out. About 30 minutes later a young man knocked on the door and told us he was brand new and he knew nothing about the refrigerators, but he would take a look at it. He checked the same things we had checked, plugged in, turned on, etc. After 3 more calls to the front desk, asking if we could have someone look at and or fix the fridge, we got a major run around by the front desk person. They even ask if we could move to another room !!! I said we could move to the Hampton Inn next door ! How about if the " other room" has a fridge that works, we change it out for the one in our room that doesn't work. More run around, the maintenance man was too old to move it around & pick it up and there probably wasn't a cart to put it on. Finally at 8:30 pm 6 1/2 hours after we told them the fridge didn't work, the maintenance man brought us one that did work. I noticed a build up of dust under the tables, and the breakfast bar was always low on food, making us wait for the food to come out.

I have travelled in some of the most elegant hotels in the country and have not found any that provided more amenities for your dollar than this Drury Hotel. It was very clean, the staff constantly were asking if we needed anything and the breakfast was fit for a king. Overall, I would have to say that the room, though a bit small, was wonderful and the bed was really like heaven to sleep in. I have never seen a mattress so thick in a hotel. The pillows were the best. The pool was clean though the jacuzzi was a bit small. For breakfast you pick what you want (including Belguim waffles) and you can eat in the spacious dining area or take it you to your room on a tray. The nicest think that I liked was the fact that I did not need to pay a dime more for anything except that I left a tip for the cleaning staff. Rest assured, I will look for a family friendlly Drury facility when we travel in the future. I have stayed in a nearby hotel the year before and wished I had spent a little more and had a Drury experience.

Nicer than we expected. Hotel was clean and offered many amenities like free soda and pop corn. Room was clean. Location was a little far from the University, but liked the location overall. Good value for the money. Only negative, bed was uncomfortable.

Our uhaul kept breaking down and we were looking for a hotel that accepted pets and found this hotel. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good.
