loved the hotel. it was full of things to do. very simple but still beautiful.

Great beach with beautiful views, warm water and white sandy beaches! The swimming pool area for kids/adults really needs to redone.

Hotel and amenities are very good, but the quality of the food/drinks does not match the quality and price of the hotel. They need improvement on Food, they had an outdoor dinner event and the food was cold, not prior precautions was considered for an outdoor event. The buffet salad & fruit bar was very poor, lack variety specially on the fruits. The alcohol drinks needs to be better, they don't use juice extract instead of actual fruits for drinks and it makes a big difference on taste.

This was my first all-inclusive stay anywhere but definitely not my first vacation. The resort staff was incredible and very friendly. The supply of drinks and food seemed neverending and thank God for that...The food is amazing. There are 4 dinner restaurants to choose from each with their own specification and unique lunch and dinner menus. You have the Oceana which is your seafood restaurant, Himitsu (I believe that is the name) which is your asian restaurant, The Seaside Grill which has steaks for dinner and an Adult Only dinner atmosphere and burgers, fajitas, and the like for lunch, and last but not least the World Cafe which serves an amazing buffet breakfast and lunch, but has a themed dinner buffet for each night of the week. Of course I can't forget the snack bar for lunch serving sandwiches and burgers. Yum! Location wise this hotel had it all. Being on the peninsula like tip you had access to 2 different beaches. One being calm and shallow and the other being a little rougher and deeper. Both have amazing blue and warm water. Howeer if the ocean isn't really your style there is a lagoon you can swim in or a very nice pool with a swim up bar. The pool however has a higher kid population. Also if you would like to go off-site for some shopping or bars the main strip is within walking distance. This resort also offers activities and entertainment which were all wonderful and I recommend you take full advantage of them. I look forward to staying here again next time I take a trip to Cancun.

Views from the room were great. Needs updated fitness center. Hotel was very nice and the staff was happy to greet you and care for you. The room was very nice and a chilled bottle of champaign was waiting for us. The pool are was very nice and there was two nice beaches but the weather was too cool to get in the water.

We were there for a Destination wedding, which was fantastic. It is a beautiful location that celebrates informality within limits. Service was generally excellent...Food was very good, but not spectacular...all inclusive has plusses and minuses...seemed like all of the alcohol (included) was watered down, which surprisingly may be a GOOD thing, otherwise there may have been a large percentage of obnoxiously inebriated patrons on the beaches and the grounds.

I had an enjoyable stay at Dreams and would recommend it to others. The hotel has a doctor on site 24 hours a day, which was very useful. Also, the location was gorgeous. The fitness center needs and upgrade and has outdated equipment. We also experienced issues with running out of hot water at the 5th floor level. The food was excellent.

Our stay was amazing! The entire staff was warm and friendly! Our room was very clean and well-stocked! The beach, lagoon and pool were beautiful! The dolphins were fun to watch. I (stupidly) ate the ice on our catamaran ride to Isla Mujeres and got really sick. The concierge was very helpful. She even got my medicine delivered to the room! The food at the resort was decent. The milk and juices at breakfast were usually warm so we drank a lot of coffee and Coke.

It was a group of 40 of us who stayed at the Dreams Cancun and all said we'd stay there again. The hotel staff was courteous and did not keep you waiting for drinks or food for long at all. What I liked the most was the good food! The hotel has 4 restaurants one of which is the buffet and I never got bored of any meal. My favorite was the Oceana restaurant that served fresh seafood for lunch and dinner. The beach was breath-taking and the nightly events made this hotel a family friendly hotel. If you are single or with your special someone you can go right next door to the Azucar night club for dancing, drinks, and best of all live band!

This resort was a great resort. Location was great, the staff was unbelievably friendly, the scenery was amazing, great places to eat, and there were multiple activities to participate in through-out the day. The only downside I saw to the resort was that if you have friends at another hotel, they won't let them into your hotel. Other than that, I travel a lot and this was the best trip I've taken thus far.

My husband and I spent five wonderful days at this resort. The service was top notch! All I had to do was think about wanting or needing something and it appeared. The views are wonderful and the food is good. We enjoyed the Oceanic & Seaside grill the best. Bartenders and wait staff are GREAT! Tips are included but I felt that they deserved more so we tipped. They really appreciate it. I can't wait to visit Dreams again! I also would like to add that the next time we will take our kids. They too would have a great time.

I don't think we could have picked a better honeymoon location. Everything was included; from tax to tips all food and beverages... and all the alcohol you can drink. I couldn't believe how friendly the staff was. They went above and beyond anything I have ever seen. They seat you while pushing in your chair to putting your napkin on your lap for you. Never ate so much Fillet mignon and sea food in my life.

Good choice and excellent value for a nice family trip. Food was pretty good at all venues. We liked the buffet at breakfast more than for dinner when we generally liked the outlying options better. Grab your pool or beach chaise early or be left standing. Orbitz GrayLine transportation package was a hassle -It is engineered to sell you additional package excursions. You are "forced" to reconfirm your return trip time at the hospitality desk. They call your room to make sure you are coming to the desk ASAP - must be there at X,Y, Z time etc. Has nothing to do with the return trip to the airport. You can have the concierge call GrayLine and book return trip time in 30 seconds. Beware!!

This was our first trip outside of the US together. Everyone at the hotel was very helpful. Anytime we needed anything it was available to us quickly. The location was superb with a great view! Our room was above the dolphin pool! What a treat!! The restaurants at the resort were just as wonderful! There was a great variety of foods from the different restaurants. The World Cafe offered different cuisines each night! Shopping was within safe walking distance from the hotel. We have recommended this to our family members and many of our friends who enjoy travel. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to get away!

This was my Second trip to Cancun. It was great, Orbitz reps met you at the airport and hotel. I would sugggest a room with the Ocean view. The lagoon view is also ok because it has dolphins. Everyone is very welling to help you and the drinks are none stop. Don't expect to check in before 3pm.
