** THE PER ROOM RATE ON YOUR WEB SITE HOTELCOMBINED.COM WAS SUPER. ** THE INTERIOR IS QUITE WELCOMING. ** THE STAFF ARE FRIENDLY ** THE LOCATION IS VERY GOOD AT DEIRA **** PLS NOTE, WE WERE QUITE DISAPPOINTED WITH THE HOTEL :- I HAD INVITED TWO FRIENDS OF MY SONS ( ALL MEDICAL STUDENTS ) TO JOIN FOR A CHAT AFTER DINNER UP TO OUR ROOM, AS THEY HAD GIFTS & WISHED TO SURPRISE US WITH THEM & THE HOTEL RECEPTION WOULD NOT ALLOW THEM TO COME UP TO ROOM. WHEN I CALLED THE RECEPTION,TO ALLOW OUR VISITORS TO COME UP TO OUR ROOM , THE HOTEL SAID THEY HAD A POLICY THAT DOES NOT ALLOW VISITORS TO VISIT IN THE ROOMS. WE JUST COULDN'T BELIEVE WHAT WE HAD BEEN JUST TOLD. WE HAVE TRAVELED ALL OVER THE WORLD & HAVE STAYED IN SOME SUPERB HOTELS OVER THE YEARS & WE HAVE TO SAY, WE HAVE NEVER ENCOUNTER SUCH A SITUATION. MY SON & I HAD COME TO THIS HOTEL FOR THE FIRST TIME. **** WE FEEL ALL THE GOOD SERVICE THEY GAVE, CAME TO NOTHING AS WE LEFT THE HOTEL FEELING VERY ANGRY. **** WE FEEL THE HOTEL MUST RECONSIDER THEIR RULES & REGULATIONS & MUST BE VERY CAREFUL IN THE FUTURE HOW THEY DEAL WITH CLIENTS IN THE FUTURE, IF THEY ARE TO HAVE RETURNING & SATISFIED CLIENTS TO THEIR HOTEL. ** I WORK FOR THE MEDIA,IN THE MIDDLE EAST & FEEL THIS HOTEL HAS MISSED OUT ON AN OPPORTUNITY FOR GOOD ADVERTISING WITH US.

Room: OK but small. On one day they forgot to service it at all. Poor TV reception in room, dismal view of abandoned tenement block. Breakfast: Nice, adequate standard Middle-East buffet. Internet: You have to buy time then use it continuously - about £2 per hour. Wi Fi in room works OK. Front Office staff, Bellboys: Generally very helpful and friendly.

Myself and my wife did go around shopping for hotels within the region of location. Dream palace was the best we found. Much better than most hotels around it with highly affordable price. Staffs are pleasant and hospitable. We will visit this hotel again when next we are in Dubai.

The photos on rates to go website are not as good as the hotel is! So we didn't dare to book for more then one night. Later we were so surprised when we got there: it was better equipped then most of 3 star hotels that we stayed in, and it had only 2 stars! The only defect was that the window in standard double room was so small, covering only one quarter of the wall. But all other facilities were excellent!

location is excellant, breakfast is very good, very clean comfortable, the price is reasnable, , this is the perfect place for familys, freindly staff and they do look after you, its worth coming to this hotel again.
