This place was ok. The room was old, and needs upgraded badly. Carpet was worn, and bathroom fixtures showed their age. Overall it was adequate, but not good.

Lobby was nice and location was good. Very dated and old, not updated rooms stuffy and dark. The hotel was just ok, not what I had hoped for from this hotels reputation. We wanted a castle charm and found it to be like we were back in 1970's. Not bad for maybe $40 range but not for price range we paid.

We just got back from our stay at the Drawbridge Inn and unlike other reviews we thought our stay wasn't that bad. The pool was nice and large but there were way too many kids too make it enjoyable in the beginning (this was due to a family b-day party). The next day there were no kids at 8am but the pool was locked which was taken care of very quickly by staff. The hottub seemed like a bubblebath but was nice and hot and jets worked well. Sauna was good. They have pool staff in the evening to keep up on towls and play music etc. Front desk was very nice and quick, bill was right but $20 cheaper then website but of course no complaints on that :) Room was dated but clean, tv kind of on the fritz, bed was nice, carpet needs to be replaced and plenty of towels. The only major complaints on the room was the sound of running water that came on every 15 seconds from the room next door ( maybe a leaky toilet ) The two restaraunts on site were very nice with great service and amazing food at a good price! Good location from Cincy right next to the highway but no real highway noise. Overall a good stay!

I have been in this hotel for less than 24 hours and have the following complaints: 1. We were placed in a section of the hotel that was being renovated. There was no wallpaper in the halls (peeling and chipping). The carpet was old and dirty and it had a stale smell. We asked for another room due to one of the members of our party having medical issues and were told they could not accommodate us. 2. The iron did not work. 3. We did not have enough towels in the rooms. When we called and asked for them (twice), they brought us bath mats as substitutes! 4. The TV is temperamental and does not work well. 5. Our rooms were not cleaned (we returned at 2:00pm). I went to the housekeeping office only to be told by the six staff members sitting around that they would be cleaned ?after their break.? After calling the manager, the room was ?cleaned? (beds made and garbage removed). 6. The outlets in the room do not work. 7. Although the staff was friendly, they were unable to accomodate such a large group (200+)

Friendly staff, our room was reasonable. There was some remodeling going on, but not noisy or intrusive. Breakfast at Chaucers was good and reasonably priced.

Thirty year ago, this was a fairly nice hotel, but no more. The hotel is unclean/smells old and offers virtually no amenities. The cleaning staff attempted to be helpful, plus one guy at the front desk -- otherwise, forget it. Disruptive people in the hall all day and night -- apparently there are no security cameras or patrol at this hotel. I've only every stayed one place worse and that was back in college when I checked out in three hours, There are several other places in the vicinity that offer much better service for a very reasonable price.

Hotel has no security - doors are open 24 hours and there are many entrances. Drinking parties in hallway until 4 am 2 nights in a row. Air conditioners need replaced and doors have large gap between floor and people in hallway can hear your conversations. Room on arrival smelled bad. Housekeeping very friendly and service oriented. Fitness center was bad. Smelled and desperately needs some kind of ventilation as it's very musty - not even fit to use. Hotel needs work and abandoned bulding in back owned by hotel should be torn down.

We went to visit a nearby museum, the hotel offered free shutle service, the food was over priced, the linens were dingy yellow, too small and the room was a non-smoking room that smelled like smoke.

The hotel was an fairly inexpensive but was a little disappointing. The hallways smelled bad, and the lobby smelled terribly of smoke because it was attached to the restaruant, which I wouldn't even try because of the stench. The staff was fairly friendly, but the front desk was excruciatingly slow. The rooms were nice and clean and the bed was really soft, which made our stay okay. Next time I would probably pay a little more money and stay somewhere nicer.

We had a great time at the Drawbridge Inn. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They let me check in early because my room had been cleaned already. We had breakfast in the hotel and also dinner at the Tavern there inside the hotel. We were impressed with both. We liked the fact that there was wi-fi throughout the hotel and computers to use for free, in order to keep up with emails. There was one issue. I paid in full for the hotel prior to arriving to the hotel. However, they charged my card and the bill posted to my debit card. I had to call and they apologized and immediately corrected the problem. I will be back next year. Overall very satisfied and impressed.

I stay at this hotel when I am in the NKY or Cin OH. area. A charming Tudor style, with a warm feeling. Two restaurants and a tavern on the property is very convenient. Indoor pool is toddler safe, as there is a fence all the way around it within a few feet of it. Nice clean rooms and have never had a problem any time I visit. I recommend this hotel to anyone.

One of the main reasons we chose this motel was the outdoor recreation area, three pools, game area, etc.... The truth is, they have one indoor and one outdoor pool. They were both clean, but hard to find towels (only at indoor pool), and not enough lounge chairs. The recreation area is CLOSED. The fitness area is NOT air conditioned, nor the game room, or the indoor pool area. It was actually hotter at the indoor pool, on a 90 degree day. There were some drunks that checked into the room next door, but the staff came quickly when I called and evicted them. I brought my computer along, and had some difficulty getting online. The staff was great, and actually came to my room and hooked it up for me. When I reserved my room, I requested smoking. When I checked in, after lugging bags to the room, soon realized that I did not have a smoking room. The staff was great about fixing it, but had to move me to an upstairs room, I was not very happy about that. Overall, we had a good visit. If you don't need a spotless room with new furnishings, you will be happy there. I would stay there again.

was there at a reunion of a Infantry Brigade and the hotel did really well coping with the crowd. the dining room however was not so lucky, the wait staff seems to have just started on Fridayworking on their first jobs ever. dinner guest were seated and left to molder for a long while before giving up and eating from the buffet. my waiter missed my order for chicken on the fettachini(spelling, i know), no apology and no reduction in price for a plate of so-so spagetti. the resturant next door( was much prettier, but the wait staff was just as overwelmed.(montgomery inn?)
