They clean the rooms every morning, nice location because is very quiet. Everything was excellent, except for the toilet paper that was never seen in the bathroom. Thank God we had our own!!! We stayed there 4 days, we have no complaints about the motel.

The hotel was located in a very secluded spot. The general ambience was lacking lustre. The room was very cramped with no place for hanging clothes. The room could have been a lot cleaner. Visible dust all over the place. Garbage was disposed of in the back where flies hovered. The continental breakfast was cold donuts and mini muffins - seemed like the same every day. Definitely not value for the money.

Convenient. Air-condition was not working, bed was very uncomfortable and shower is not safe.

The staff were polite and helpful. The location convenient. The room was extremely small and contained no closet or wardrobe, only dresser drawers. It was, however, clean and comfortable. Though it served it's purpose for one night I would not stay there again.

The hotel was run down, no pool, no ice, etc. Front desk friendly. Two miles from Clifton Hills. Had to drive would have rather been where we could walk to everything. Hotel appeared to have "permanent" residents living there. If you are only sleeping there it was okay. Bed wasn't the best.

We couldn't get an iron because they said they only carried 1 and couldn't find it. There is nowhere near to dine, and the bathroom didn't even have toilet paper.

Value. Two double beds for $160 are pricy but compared to 300-400/4 hotels 10 minutes away, its ok. Terrible roads to Inn.I drive a sports car with lowered suspension. All the roads were cracked. The clerk was a pretty friendly guy. But he did make me wait for 5 minutes for him to finish his conversation with another customer before he accepted my key to check out. I thought he needed me to sign something, that’s why he made me wait. There was a bug on my step mother's bed and it bites her a few minutes after we entered the room. The drive down was uncomfortable because of the road condition. I didn’t feel comfortable leaving my car out in the out door parking lot also parking is directly beside drive through road of motel. I may consider staying again when I have to go back to the falls next month. I liked getting 2 double beds for that price. But I still think that everything leading up to the motel condition should still be at a higher par considering its price.

Nothing Ripped curtains, only 1 light in room, ugly view. This hotel should not even be on your list of choices. The room was fairly clean but very, very small for two people. There are no amenities and we were placed in a bad location near transients and the laundry room.

When we arrived, we completed the paperwork at the front office, and then proceeded to the room that had been assigned to us. (We did not bring any of our personal items into the room) When we entered our room, the overall appearance was freighting. The entry door did not appear to be very sturdy. We did not feel safe knowing that this door could easily be pushed open if someone wanted. Also, what made us feel uneasy was the bed. Even though the bed was made, the pillows under the bedspread were not the same size. One was completely flat and the other was larger. It also looked as if someone had laid their head on top of the larger pillow leaving behind a head imprint onto the pillow. We pulled the bedspread down enough to see that the sheets were dingy. Not white. It turned our stomachs. As we got in our car and drove around the building, we noticed the patio was located behind the back of the building. It was also a fright. What little furniture they had was all secured down with chains. By the looks of it, theft is very likable in this neighborhood. The appearance of the room was sleazy and the outer perimeter looked unsafe. After giving it a lot of consideration, we decided not to stay at this hotel. We originally booked it for (2) nights on line. I went back to the office and spoke with the lady at the desk. I told her that we had changed our minds and wanted to cancel the entire reservation.

NA. Bathroom, cleannes, location, smells in the hallway, a fly in the room, toilet move, no clean sheets every day. Horrible, dirty, no even a start.

No anemities, but a clean, quiet place to catch up on sleep for the next day.

It still smell of smoke even though it's a non-smoking room. I wouldn't call this one a hotel, it's more like a motel. Air conditioning is halfly broken, the room and even towels smell of cigarette for a non-smoking room.

None of them are good in the hotel. Bathrooms and room maintenanace is worst.
