This amazing boutique hotel is located next to Perama Cave, a short drive from central Ioannina.

This is a fantastic boutique hotel, stylish and unique, near the sights of Perama Cave and Ioannina, its majestic lake and vibrant nightlife Perfect for a quiet escape to Epirus.

It is a 3 storey building, the roof and entrance is decorated with local stone tiles.

The breakfast room and bar are stylish and elegant, with earth colours and wood panelling that combine to create a warm and trendy atmosphere.

The lobby is medium sized and decorated in the same philosophy and style as the res of the hotel. The walls are adorned with modern paintings.

The spacious, individually themed rooms are lavishly furnished with high quality antique pieces and fine fabrics.
