What are your breakfast options?: We don't have a restaurant on-site as all of our rooms come with kitchenettes. We do have a Bed and Cook your Own Breakfast package available, where breakfast groceries are delivered to your room on day of arrival, and guests can make their own breakfast, just how they like it. There is a couple of restaurants close the hotel if guest choose to dine out.
What transport is available to get around?: There is a shuttle service run by the Town of Banff throughout the town, including a pick-up and drop-off point outside the hotel. This service is free for our guests when they show the bus driver their Douglas Fir Resort room key. There are various companies that run shuttle service to and from Calgary Airport as well. Banff Airport and Sundog Tours are the most commonly used airport shuttle companies.
What can I do nearby?: There are a lot of great attractions within our hotel. These include our indoor waterslides, private guest pool, indoor Playzone and outdoor playground. We also have a number of great trails around the hotel and we are a short drive to downtown Banff where many of the main tourist attractions are located.
Do you have internet?: We have free Wi-Fi access available throughout the hotel. If guests do not have a computer we have PC's available in our lobby that has free access to the internet.
Do you provide parking?: Each of our units comes with one assigned parking stall (two each for our Family Suites). We have limited overflow parking for guests with two or more vehicles and there's also limited street parking.
