We stayed here for our honeymoon and it was perfect, everything we wanted, we are usually quite critical but couldn't find fault with this hotel at all. The bed was so comfortable, the room was thoroughly cleaned everyday, the location was ideal especially to Seaworld, and the I-ride trolley stop right outside was really handy, the staff were friendly and helpful especially the concierges. We stayed in a room on the ground floor, not in the tower. We were a little worried after reading some other reviews but were so pleased that we took the chance when we got there. We would definitely like to go back someday.

The price and the room were great. I was really amazed at how beautiful the room was however, the service and staff is awful. The front desk staff is rude and do not give service at all. We were also locked out of our room because the key didn't work and it took 45 minutes for security to fix the problem, when the front desk people could have just given me a new key (be sure not to put the key next to phones or credit cards). Also, you can hear everything going on outside of the door because the doors are not insulated properly.

My family and I had a marvelous trip! The room was beautiful and very clean and of course we loved the flat screen television. It was very quiet and the bed was very comfortable. I probably had the best sleep that I have ever had on vacation. The swimming pools were beautiful and we just loved the fresh clean towels always lying on the chairs. The restaurants were very nice and there was even a Pizza Hut if you don't want to spend alot. The hotel has a walkway to Sea World and we used it, very convenient. The Spa was beautiful. We will definitely stay here again and I highly recommend it. The price was also great.

I was in the Orlando area for a national sorority convention which was held at the Convention Center. The location of the hotel was perfect logistically speaking. The hotel is under construction and when I arrived I was placed in a room that was remodeled 2 years ago. It was horrible! I could not believe my sight! The safe did not work properly and the carpet in the room was horrible! I was told that the hotel was booked and that I would not receive a better room for 2 days! When the maintenance tech entered the room and tried to repair the safe, he could clearly see I was unhappy with the room accomodations. He made a call to the front desk and asked that I be placed in the newer rooms. It was like night and day! Hard wood floors, flat screen tv, updated sink and shower fixtures and the bed was like a dream! I was much happier and my 5 day stay was great! I think the hotel should close the hotel rooms that are under construction because I can't imagine any guest being happy with the Aquamarine rooms. Those rooms are horrible! The bar and restaurant was good and the staff was very pleasant! My stay improved instantly when I was placed in a better room.

This hotel is very big, and very nice. There were only a couple bad things about it, the beds are like rocks, and you are not told when you reserve there are two different places you can stay, the "motel like 2 story place, or the 1000 room tower, you have to be up-sold that at check in. It's an extra $10 a night, but worth it because the rooms are bigger and nicer. They have 3 nice pools and the hotel is very nice and modern. I would still stay here again.

The desk and maintenance staff were great and very helpful. Nothing this visit. My stay was for business and it went off without a hitch. Had a simple problem with lights in the room and the maintenance staff fixed it immediately.

I, like many other travellers, read through the reviews left by others and use it as a tool in finalizing my travel plans. In the case of this hotel, I am so glad that I did not, and instead, disregarded the other opinions and went with it on my own. Everybody is entitled to their own opinion.... and this is mine (ours). I stayed there with my wife and 2 small children, aged 4yrs and 16 months respectively, for 3 nights. Upon checkin, the staff was courteous and very professional. Without requesting one, a crib was offered and provided at no charge, parking was not an issue, rooms were spacious and clean...no stains or remnance of smoke, grounds were well kept considering the current upgrades in progress, noise was not a factor from the nearby parks or traffic, its conveniently located next to Seaworld and across the street from Aquatica (literally walking distance), the breakfast buffet was awesome, the 3 pools were all clean and fresh unstained towels were provided in abundance at poolside....plain and simple... it was great and we all had fun and we will definately include this hotel in all our future travel plans to Orlando.

It is truly a 3 star hotel. The room was clean, the service was great. They have everything you need in the room. The place is beautiful, pools are great. It is very close to everything and right next to the Sea World. Don't believe the ratings you see here. Try it out for yourself. Its worth the money you pay for it. Through online booking you can get for really cheap. I think the room had some kind of humid odour, but after we left the a/c on we didnt feel in anymore. P.S. I stayed at one of the "motel" rooms on the second floor.

Great location for walking to Seaworld, beautiful pool, however the cleanliness of the room is another story. Please get the carpet cleaned. The huge ugly stains were unbelievable. Please dust and clean, clean. The staff was very pleasant. Please issue parking passes. At night there were was no parking. It was awful.

Made a quick overnight trip to visit with friends. Bed was so comfortable, I almost wanted to stay in bed all morning and forget the friends. Room Service "extra" charges for gratuity and delivery were excessive, so I wouldn't recommend using this service.

Me and my fiance went here for the 4th of July weekend. The resort was nice, pool could've been a little bigger considering how many guests stay there. Staff was very helpful. The storage containers were still sitting there taking up parking space which made parking a little more difficult. But overall a nice resort to stay at. I do recommend it.

Outside restaurant, breakfast excellent, friendly staff. We stayed in the older section with no elevator. The grounds were well-kept and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Shuttle to Universal Studios was on time. No fee to park at the hotel. The lobby did not have coffee but there was a deli to purchase coffee and snacks.
