Hotel is at a great location close to the thruway, restaurants and other hotels in the vicinity. The staff was friendly. We stayed for two days one night duration. They alloted to us a handicapped accessible room (which was not requested) with a bathroom which was not very clean. There was no bathtub, only an open stall with a hand shower and the shower curtain didnot reached the floor level. So, you can imagine our chagrin when water pooled and spilled out of the bath stall. Additionally, throughout the night, the water faucet made a loud knocking and water flowing noise and we could hear people talking and walking outside in the hotel corridor. Because of the location, and friendly reception staff we gave this hotel an average rating. But, improvements are needed in the rooms and noise level.

They were prompt to respond to my TV remote problem. For a 3 star hotel it was very dated, with soiled carpet on the elevator. Very cold ambiance. This is not a three star hotel. The carpeting should have been replaced five years ago. The staff was okay, but the environment was not welcoming.

I've become a BIG fan of white bedding in hotels and the newly renovated rooms are beautiful for the money! The bathroom was spacious with plenty of counter space and the whole room just felt clean. I spend a lot of time in Columbus and would def. stay here again. Lots of dinner options around the hotel.

The hotel was pretty average. It was in a good location for events in northern Columbus and was close to plenty of restaurants. The room was comfortable and clean. The bathroom had no towel racks for hanging wet towels after use - just a hook on the back of the door (which wouldn't stay open). Since we were there for 2 nights, our towels didn't dry enough to reuse them. The hotel used Direct TV, satellite TV, and the controls were difficult to figure out - the numbers and letters had been rubbed off after much use. There was no microwave or refrigerator in our room. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I booked this hotel on online reservation for about half of the regular room rate. This entire property has been recently renovated and they did not cut any corners. The lobby is very appealing and even has a waterfall. The staff was very friendly and helpful during check in and during our stay. When I stepped into the room, I couldn't believe the quality. There is a granite counter top in the bathroom, Kohler fixtures and Neutrogena amenities. The bed was very comfortable, there is a flat screen TV and a great workspace. This hotel is 1st class all the way! I will be staying here every time I go to Columbus.

This hotel was not bad for the price we paid for it. But, you pay for everything. Even cold breakfast costs $8.95/person, $11.95 for hot breakfast (that's the way to go if you are going to eat here). Rooms were mostly clean (except for things like a couple m&ms under the bed), but the cleaning staff doesn't seem to speak much english. We asked for the blue sugars called equal, and got the blue tubes of face wash (you also get neutrogena face wash and body soap). When asked what the zip code was in the area, the housekeeper responded "yes, it's okay". Though they are very nice and polite, make sure you call the front desk with any requests. The bathrooms are beautiful, with plenty of counter space. They have water saving technology throughout the hotel, so toilet and bath water pressure is lacking. The worst thing about this hotel is the smell around it. This is why I say "Bad Location". We were there for 4 days, and it smelled like rotten trash outside the whole time. However, you could not smell it inside our fourth floor room. When I asked at the front desk if it always smelled like that outside, I was told that she didn't smell anything (which is a definite yes). Overall, it was a good hotel to stay in, and when we did ask for something, we were followed up with to make sure we got it. Being from the country, I'm a little more sensitive to the smells, someone from the city might not notice as much. My advice would be to request a room off the ground floor, as to avoid the smell.

Great bed and linens and bath was very nice. Looked well worn carpets etc. I would never have paid full price for this hotel. The room was OK, bath was very nice and bed very comfortable. Overall the hotel looked a little beat up.

The hotel has been newly renovated. All the banquet rooms, lobby, restaurant, and guest rooms have been refurbished. The hotel has a new feel and the new bedding is very comfortable.

The rooms were very nicely done. The bathrooms were nice except no fan. The carpet was pretty soiled. That made our first impression before getting to our room. Very nice, clean, comfortable and friendly. A courteous staff and room service was very quick. If they clean the carpet it will have a great first impression. Overall, we would stay there again and recommend some friends.

Many sports teams were staying here and yet it was quiet and not crowded. It was a little too far from downtown Columbus and Ohio State. I would recommend this hotel.

Beautiful decor, very friendly staff - perfect stay. Nothing. Beautifully new, contemporary decor - very attractive. Room was gorgeous with king size bed. Was given two warm cookies at check in, nice touch. Wife was thrilled and we got an excellent stay!

I felt safe. The staff was not friendly - the hotel smelled of chlorine. Young teens running unsupervised throughout the hotel. Smell of chlorine was overwhelming. Staff wasnot friendly or helpful.

Friendly staff - nice room. Don't think it had a restaurant. Much nicer than expected. Very nice lobby, very nice staff. Went above & beyond to accommodate the fact we were staying with our 3 year old and gave us the space we needed. Pool was nice to be able to use.
